5 out of trips here has shown the clerk with no mask on. 3 out of 5 also had a customer without mask. Are they special?

I used to love this gas station when Mike and his wife ran it. They knew me by name and we're always very friendly. But since they left this place has gone down hill. Especially now during Covid-19. Every time I go in there I see at least one person without a mask (not including the evening guy NEVER wears one) and they never enforce. I have to tell people to keep a distance myself which usually leads to some type of altercation, and the employees say nothing. If it wasn't right by my house I wouldn't go here anymore.
