I LOVE GOING TO CIRCLE K AT 6035 Eisenhauer !!! CYNTHIA is beyond AMAZING!!! I KNOW I'M NOT BY MYSELF WHEN I SAY , THEY ARE A BREATH OF FRESH AIR AND A LONG TIME COMING!! I GO EVERYDAY JUST TO SEE WHAT she is GOING TO SAY AND LOVE THE ATMOSPHERE!!! I've PERSONALLY HAD BAD DAYS AND she MADE ME FORGET ALL ABOUT IT. SO MOTIVATIONAL, INSPIRING!! NOT ENOUGH WORDS TO EXPRESS !!! She is Definitely A KEEPER...TAKE REALLY GOOD CARE OF her, She is A BLESSING TO THE COMMUNITY MORE THAN YOU KNOW. I'M SO GLAD TO BE BLESSED BY her PRESENCE. I was wondering why she didn't get the store being she has ran it for the years I have been coming. We are so glad to see her back after her health scare. She is so strong. It hurts my heart to hear he fellow co workers talking down on her. We hear everything being customers , and that older lady Irene was talking bad about her on Friday the day you guys had event. Saying she could not wait for her to be fired and she couldn't stand her. That Lisa lady supposed to be your assistant Manager needs to be replaced she is bad business. She was hanging on a customer husband saying she was good and want to have relations with him is really unprofessional that was on a Wednesday night after we left a late event. That Big guy that is supposed to be her boss really makes me sick in the stomach the way he looks and was carrying his self with someone wife ,outside all hugged up a, while Mrs.Cynthia bust her tale to running the store. I bet he got all the recognition huh? I don't understand why she didn't get the store that she runs ? We will let you know that this girl is something special, we seen her feed folks ,clothes folks, hug folks, motivate our teens and folks, she does so much that she has Not gotten any recognition for. We Love you Mrs Cynthia ❤️ That's is why we gave you the name Queen👑!!! If she was to ever leave we will follow and we are sure that a lot of the other customers will as well. She is God gift to all of us. Please take care of her♥️🫶AWESOME EXPERIENCE , AND I KNOW FOR SURE IT WILL CONTINUE.. THANKS CIRCLE K FOR US BEING ABLE TO EXPERIENCE THIS BLESSING.!! BEST CIRCLE K IN TOWN , HANDS DOWN .. YOU GUYS SHOULD TAKE NOTES SHE KNOWS HAVE TO BRING THEM IN AND MAKE THAT MONEY!! JUST A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH HER EVERY TIME!!! 👑♥️🫶🥰

This store is always messing and has dirty floors. And it smells weird. The fountain drink machines are always broken. I’m going to assume they don’t clean them like they are supposed to. Or they are always out of soda. It is poor management? Does the district manager come around?

Lisa or whoever the “assistant” is working tonight needs to find a new line of work. She did not complete a transaction I paid for allowing it to be charged a second time to a different customer after I left. When asked for a refund she was not only dismissive but rude and aggressive with me. I had to ask her to be kinder and less hostile. Will avoid this location moving forward and will be filing a dispute with my credit card.

I stopped here almost a daily basis to either get a cup of coffee or a soda. Worst interaction when I stopped to get a soda and use the restroom. Went to the restroom before I got my drink and as soon as I close the door to the store gentleman ask is the restroom empty I told him no About two minutes later there’s a staff member named Kiki that comes in and starts yelling that someone’s gonna need to get me out of the restroom. It’s been 30 minutes and I just said no ma’am I just got in here using the restroom I’ll be out. She continues to start yelling from the door About me needing to get out because I was there 30 minutes. I informed her no I have not. The floor was wet when I came in. There was another lady right at the food station when I came in that in the foyer I came out the last part of the floor is still wet. There still is no man waiting there. I did ask to talk to a manager spoke to another employee. That was the same employee as the food section. When I went in, she didn’t know what to say in all she had to say was this isn’t her store that she’s basically is not an employee at that location. He he comes around and starts yelling again that I was in there and I had to get somebody out and please leave the store on the top of her lungs I did let her know there was no need for her to act like this and I’m not gonna engage on how she’s behaving but just wanted to inform her she should not be trying to put me in my place. I just walked into the restroom. She said she didn’t care. This is not her store and do what I have to do. Looks like it will not be going back to this location so sad on how important act.

The cashier working on the night of 7/25, off the bat she was dismissive and didn’t seem to finish off the transaction correctly. We had left and about 29 mins later noticed an extra charge of the card. Her lack of attention and care caused her to charge us an extra $7. When we noticed and went back to resolve the situation she was extremely rude and defensive about the situation, when she was asked to be kind her attitude got even worse and she started talking to us like we were stupid. Whoever this cashier was needs to consider a new line of work if that’s how she’s going to treat paying customers . disappointing and honestly pretty embarrassing.

Both men and women's restrooms were closed for cleaning at 6:30am.
But they give out free coffee to veterans the whole month of November.

I love the hibiscus, cantaloupe and pineapple drinks they have for fountain drinks. I haven't seen this in any other gas station chain nation wide. The prices on refills are unbeatable. Sometimes the lines can get long but I always deeduce that to good customer service and friendly attitude from the clerks as well as favoritism so the lines are worth it.

Literally came here 5/15 at 12:52 AM and the doors are locked with no sign on the door that says it’s closed yet the store is 24 hours?

Asked the guy to put $20 bucks on the pump. Went out to pump my gas and the pump wouldn't work. Went back in to let the guy know, and he told me if I didn't pump gas the money would go back on my card. I wasn't about to charge my card again so I just left. Money never went back on my card, so they basically stole $20 from me. Will never *try* to buy gas here again.
