I ve been in the store several times with my back pack on. Where I'm coming from or on my to . Irrelevant. cashier literally comes from behind the counter leaves a customer at the counter to come and tell me I have to put my personal property down at front door or behind the counter. Where in the history of American companies have you come up with people having to leave their wallets or backpacks at the front. That is MY PROPERTY IF SOMEONE STEALS ...you won't replace !! I'm supposed to trust your cashier's and you don't even trust them that's why you have cameras everywhere and a register count at night ! But you want us as customers to leave our personal belongings at the front door ! Definitely lost your mind !! Not only does she make an accusation that I may steal ! She makes the accusation I am Homeless...I mean are y'all the discriminating ,was ridiculous. Don't know me just I'm homeless because I have a backpack. I use to work for Circle K's and have over 30 years of customer service and management, I have never felt so insulted and embarrassed in my life .Your employees need to be taught proper customer service ,you don't leave a customer at register to tell what you feel is a homeless person to leave their bags at the door . 2bYou don't go around assuming anything or being judgemental about anyone's appearance. I've met bums with more class and better service than the rude judgemental lady at the front .

Don’t stop here. Gas pumps are always slow. Manager here was rude and inconsiderate. Didn’t have the change to refund me and took over 30 minutes to pump my gas, since they didn’t have $70 in change to give me after already waiting 10 minutes to get the little amount of gas it gave me. Manager became to raise her voice after telling her she should do a better job and fix the pumps.

Don’t usually stop at this location, took a chance today! Regretted it the minute I walked in the door. There must of been 10 people in line, only one cashier at 7:30am. I saw the manager walking around. Very disappointing poor cashier moving as fast as she could! She was friendly and clearly needed help! I think managers should jump in to help bring the line down or schedule more help for the morning rush. I guess I’ll be driving past this location in the future on a work day!

The diesel pumps are soo slow like why. 10+ min to fill up it's freaking wild. I'm filling up for like 7 gallons. Just gonna go up to QT at this point.

I like the gasoline discount card they give out occasionally, mine is going to expire on 12/31,😔 That $00.10 discount card is Handy, .10 of each. Gallon of gasoline. .. Come on with the new card's!!! 🧐🤩

This would’ve been a positive review if the assistant Roni was more professional and handled a situation better. I stopped by at this location yesterday morning around 8-9am to fill up my gas tank. Parked at pump 12, and went inside to pay. Roni was the employee who was at the cashier this day. I asked for $25 on 12. She looked at me confused and so I repeated myself, $25 on 12. Then she made a joke “oh I thought you said $2”. I just laughed and proceeded with my payment and went on outside to fill up my tank. When I go outside I noticed my $25 for gas wasn’t prompted, therefore I go inside back to the cashier and inform her of this. I understood she had a line and was busy assisting other customers. However once I got her attention, she checked her screen and said she prompted pump 14 instead. Said this “you need to go tell that guy that you paid for this pump”, this was a little weird because now she had me going back outside talk to a stranger to tel him hey the cashier sent it my $25 here on accident. Whatever, went outside told the guy he told me he cancelled it, which he did and I go on inside to inform the cashier again. When I inform her of this she said that it would go back to my card. I ask her if I could just get my $25 in gas or proof of refund as it still hadn’t cleared in my bank. She responds with “it’s not my fault you told me the wrong pump number “ . This response was very unprofessional, instead of taking the time to print me my receipt or trying to make up for a mistake she made, she blamed me as a customer. Which I know for a fact I didn’t mistakenly tell her the wrong pump number as I repeated it multiple times in the beginning of the purchase. I was beginning to get frustrated because she was just ignoring me I just wanted to get gas. As I was telling her I have things to do I just need my money back she said to call the cops. I left the store very unhappy and frustrated in tears and told my boyfriend about the service this cashier was giving. He was very unhappy with her as well, when he went in he asked for the money back or for the gas that I paid for. She was very unhelpful and ignored us. I had asked for a supervisor or store number she said she was the manager and there was no store number. She accused me of lying and etc. and had her coworkers record me and my boyfriend . We went ahead and just called the cops and when they showed up they spoke to her first. The cops weren’t any help they just believed whatever she said and instead of offering solution the cop was instigating more . I said I don’t want to speak to cashier anymore as she wasn’t helpful and he said I had to? Horrible customer service and behavior from this employee. I still haven’t been refunded my $25.00. If I could have someone reach out to me just to at least refund this amount back to me I have proof in my bank statements.
UPDATE: my transaction went from $25.00 to $28.85 I need to speak to management for a refund I never got to use a penny on gas here!
