HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! So this lazy as woman by the name of Sharon that answered the phone today July 29th couldn't give me the price of cigarettes over the phone. She said she needed to see my ID. I'm like WTH?!?!? who says that? Like I sure don't sound like a kid. I'm a grown adult. She was just rude and horrible. She was just pure KAREN! I can only imagine her nasty attitude in person.

Both managers very rude.I gladly drive 5 miles to the next Circle K. The younger manager acts like she's modeling, No time for customer service, too busy trying to look sexy. Older manager yells, is too busy creating facade of business woman who has no time for anyone other than her own importance. People here in our neighborhood say the same, they pass the store to go to Exxon where folks are courteous, and customer service exists. I pray u both find Peace.

I stopped at this location to get gas and a snack. When I checked out I asked if I could use my discount card. The cashier said I should have presented it before she scanned my other items and she refused to void out the gas from the transaction so I could pay for it separately and get my discount. I also had redeemed a bogo pizza slice deal and I was unable to utilize it. She said they were not allowed to have too many voids. I understand how they may discourage too many voids but what happened to customer service?

Great place but walking in and seeing a huge line because there's only one poor girl working during a 4pm rush is absurd.

I was coming here every morning to get coffee and lotto tix and once a week I would fill up.. Valero/ Circle K had been my choice. An average spent daily was about 20 ($2 for coffee and $18 lotto tix) bucks per day, thats 100 a week and 400 a month. I got tired of going because of many reason but I will write only about a few. 1. They always run out of half and half. When asked, the reply is like always, we ran out.. If you get off your cell phone and give a little more customer service that wold be great. Telling me were out and not even look at me is very disrespectful. It doesn't matter much anymore as I go to another store that's not Valero. I really liked it there and even more that Im from Chicago. You have many lazy workers and don't do the job. There purpose is to get that check because nothing else matters. 2.Bringing in my winnings also was a task. Its like they hate lotto tix and scanning them even more. I really was upset the other morning because again, no half and half and no lotto tix. Its not so much that your always running out, its the customer service that really sucks. San Antonio has been good to me for 11 months, sad that Valero cant keep it together for spending customer like me. I think some of your workers could use a little more training in customer service and remember, because of customers like me is the reason you get a a pay check. Im not looking for any hand outs. I just want Valero to be my store of choice each and everyday.. Get it together and stop the nonsense. End of the lesson...
