I had a great shopping experience at Chico’s thanks to Bernie. She was friendly, engaging, and made the visit feel personalized by asking for my name for the dressing room. She checked in after I tried on a shirt, and when I mentioned I liked it, she suggested a tank top that would go well with a blouse I was looking at—great styling advice! She also took the time to explain the rewards program and any available discounts. I ended up leaving with three blouses and signed up for the loyalty program. As someone who used to work in sales, I really appreciated her customer service and sales skills. Bernie is a true asset to the store!

Nice store, staff is helpful and their clothes are really quality, been wearing my clothes for years and they still look new. Wish they were in Canada.

I always enjoy shopping here! Their clothes are made with quality and comfort in mind. Seems I never make it out of there without making a purchase. If they don't have my size, their staff has a willingness to order for me. It is nice to shop in a store that appreciates their customers.

Today we went to Chico's to get my mom something for a wedding. There was a big sign out front 50% off regularly priced items, but when we checked out we were told the discount only applies if you make an appointment!! UNbelievable. Chico's has gone downhill. Update: we went to Chico's at the Quarry and they are great. Much better selection and gave my mom another $50 because she was overcharged at the La Cantera Chico's. The sales person misrepresented the 50% off policy and you DON'T have to make an appointment.
