I bought flared girlfriend jeans online, in store pickup. Really cute jeans! Love the fit and style. BUT… the sizing was horrible. I ordered a size 2, my regular jean size. They were way too big. I ended up buying a size 1.
If it hadn’t been for Gina, sales associate helping me at Huebner Oaks Chico’s, I would have given up and left with nothing. So grateful to Gina!

I love shopping at Chico's. I find very unique cosmopolitan clothing at this store. The quality of the merchandise is excellent . Their accessories are very different and I guarantee you that they become Conversation Pieces when you wear them. I love shopping at Chico's at Huebner Oaks, their staff is friendly, and the store is very quaint. The environment is very nice and I'm sure you'll have a great shopping experience.Ms Barrientes

Sale's manager is extremely rude. She acted like I was trying to steal and I've never been treated with such disrespect. I will NOT be going back to this store.

Disappointed in sales associates. I was in the store for about 30 mintes, tried on several garments , passed the associates several times and only about 3 other customers in the store and I was never acknowledged. When I paid for the e item (could have been more ) I mentioned it to the blond and she was unconcerned. Not like the Chico’s I have known in past …. both need to be retrained . I walked down to Versona and spent my money there along with the NICEST people to help me.. they need to take lessons from them . Retrain these employees.
