If i could give zero stars I would. Walked in to ask a few questions about getting my daughters prom dressed altered. To begin as we walked in the man at the desk looked like us walking in was the biggest inconvenience ever didn’t really acknowledge us . When I said hi! We are needing to get an estimate to see how much an alteration would be he was very rude and cut my daughter off when she was talking . I would not recommend this place , zero customer service skills and just all around rude .

Dropped off my pair of leather Chaps to get them tapered . Juan the owner was very Professional and friendly. My first time ever to get anything Tailored I was so nervous and embarrassed but Juan made me feel relaxed and laugh.

Took my Alpinestars motorcycle racing leathers tracksuit for some custom sizing around the leg and arm areas. He was able to shorten and trim extra leather so it could fit me as it should. Now I got a perfect fitted tracksuit for track days...no more struggling to fasten/zip up boots or racing gloves. Finally someone that can actually work on leathers.

To have one pair of pants hemmed, $20. To have a cotton, sun dress taken in from the hips, $50. KENS-TV interviewed the owner. The owner stated he once worked at Ralph Lauren in NY. He opened shop in SA and business was slow. I went to check it out. The quality of work was no better than my neighborhood seamstress that charges $10 or less for pant hems. The sundress hung on my body as if it hadn’t been altered. No pride in his work. Oh well, I left my $100 donation and I will probably never go back. The TV station got the story out, people like me went to support the owner, and the owner doesn’t care.Service: Alterations

I just called the shop this morning because I saw all of these great reviews about this place….. Kuddos to these 5 star comments for catching him at a great time because He was nothing but pure rudeness! I had a few questions for the man who answered the phone simple yes’s or no’s. What I got in return was flat out rudeness & I DON’T KNOW’S. (Only question I was able to ask because he was so rude was. If I have a shirt I have purchased & really love the style for my wedding could I bring it in for a quote to custom make or tailor.. the answer I got: I DON’T KNOW, I asked the question again thinking maybe he didn’t understand what I was trying to say but, again I got I DONT KNOW with a side of attitude!For the business owner: Sir we are paying customers you should probably treat people with a little more kindness for the business!!! I will not be referring anyone here EVER! A simple answer with positivity goes a LONGGGGGGGGG way! Ok bye ?

He did my wedding dress within 3 weeks! Everywhere else was quoting me over a month. My son and husband have had clothes tailored here prior, so I decided to take my wedding dress and I was not disappointed!

The owner was not very professional had an attitude he gave me one price when I went to pick that up a jacket I give you a different price I don't think he was very refreshing with customers but you guys do good work you could tolerate his personality
