Awful the guy here thinks he's still in his country. Belittling woman, makes a woman wait as he is on the computer. If it wasn't for the men coming in to buy stuff who knows how long I'd be waiting there. Than the nerve to just snag the money from my hand. Gtfoh!!!! One star is too much in my opinion. I'll take my business elsewhere.

I just recently got sprayed with gas from a pump. The hose was rusty up top and I got misted all in my face clothes and side of the car. Had to run in and yell to stop the pump ran my card up while it was leaking even though I let go of the handle. Still didn't refund me had to speak to his boss? I still needed gas had to move to another pump and pay another 10 bucks. I should've went to that Exxon. dang I forgot how trash this place is

Worst service ever. Pulled up toPump and inserted credit card. Didn’t work. Went in too speak to clerk and he said I had to pay in advance. No problem so I used my credit card. Didn’t work again. Clerk said I had to use debit. Went out to pump gas and it it pumped .12 cents and stopped. Went back inside and told clerk he said he’d come and fix it. After taking care of customers in store he finally came out. He kept fiddling with it and still nothing. I told him I would just go to another pump and he said no because I would have to pay again. I told him I wasn’t doing that, and he said he would cancel the transaction. I told him fine just give me a receipt showing it was cancelled. He told me he couldn’t do that. I asked why and he said they just don’t do it. I askecto talk to the manager and he said he would call him. The manager/owner ( Moham Roka ) came on and the clerk spoke to him in a foreign language , on FaceTime. The clerk held upThe phone and Moham said they don’t give a receipt for the cancelled trsnsaction and He actually said, “ what are going to do , call the cops?” I told him just give me cash , and he said , you can’t call the cops. I just got into my car and left and called my bank to notify the bank of the cancellation. They said they will watch for the cancellation. While there., other people were complaining about the pumps not working. I thought the clerk was a jerk but the owner was a bigger jerk. I am going to notify Chevron as soon as I am finished with this review.

Primarily based off the hostile person cleaning the parking lot this evening. I don't know if he is an employee but I have never been treated so disrespectful at a business in my life. The angry person was upset because I turned into an area that was being cleaned with a pressure cleaner but It was not being used at the time and there was an opening so I assumed it was not off limits. I will never come to this location for gas or anything else. If I run out of gas and have to walk home I will Rude, unprofessional and very unnecessary! And, somehow google reviews have been blocked from this store-wonder why?

The employees there work illegally..don't even have. Valid visa( name- nishan or kishan) and on top of that he doesn't know any English and on top of that doesn't know how to behave. Don't even know what American Express gift card is and yelling at me saying I'm brainless. He could have softly responded saying that, “ you guys don't accept American Express gift cards†instead he was calling me brainless and abusing me in his language. Shame on ownership to hire these idiots. And shame on the store bringing disgrace to United States.
