I walked in and they were just completely rude ,didn’t engage, I talked to one of the ladies about all stars teams. She didn’t seem to pleasant, and just had an ugly look, they talked about people at the desk and laughed at other people? I do not want my 7 yr old going with a company like that. We don’t get involved with bulling.

Amazing Cheer program! No bullying like the last one we were at. Parents are accepting of new member's and others. So far this is a great place and I recommend it!

AMAZING coaches and athletes, it’s truly a pleasure to be part of this gym! You will not regret bringing your kiddo here to become part of the Falcon All Star family. All of the coaches and staff are truly dedicated to providing a safe and incredibly fun environment for your athlete to grow and I cannot say how truly blessed we are to have found this gym.

Love this gym with the best coaches. My 16 year old has been attending since she was 5, and the gym has more than helped her to prepare for the varsity squad.

Let me begin by saying how much my daughter loves coach Mellissa and how wonderful it has been to work with her. She is the only reason we are finishing out the year and not leaving now. This place is a massive scam. First they won't allow you to pay monthly with a credit card, it must be drafted directly from your checking account. They include in the contract that if you quite before you receive your uniforms and gear, you can't have the items you paid for even when they do finally arrive. We spent a fortune on practice uniforms, shoes, bows, competition uniforms, backpacks, scrunchies and so on, you are not given the option to opt out of any these purchases. My daughter did not get any of her practice gear until half way through the season, her foot had already grown a size before she got her shoes so I had to buy her another pair. This is when I found out the shoes I bought her were $124 I fail to see how the tiny tweeties are competing at a level which requires precision footwear. But again you are not provided with any itemization of your purchases and not able to opt out of items. I assume per their contract for commission through Varsity. She has worn a borrowed competition uniform for every competition that is 2 sizes too small which doesn't exactly help with the confidence building I hoped she would get from cheer. There are only 2 competitions left in the season and we still don't have her backpack, warm ups, or her competition uniform we paid for 5 months ago. Obviously, the other parents and myself have been making inquiries as to why we are not being given the items we have purchased and we simply get told everything is backordered from Varsity. When we asked for proof that the order had been put in at the beginning of the season we were not provided with it. Even if I had gotten everything I paid for the first day of practice (like they should have done) I still would not want my daughter going back there. They don't allow parents to watch the practices, instead you must sit in a small hot crowded room and watch on a monitor that is filled with blind spots and I can't see her half the time. In a sport filled with little girls in sports bras parents should be provided with a way to visually monitor their children. The Gym itself sits in congested commercial building in a sketchy part of town with no parking and kids are left to stand around in the parking lot waiting for there parents unaccompanied. The time demands they make on children are not adjusted to be age appropriate. My daughter has cheer practice twice a week with tumbling once a week and she can't do a cartwheel. They add additional classes the weeks of competitions, sometimes two a day, they are in the middle of the day the kids can't get naps and if they miss practice they can't perform in the competition that we paid the entry fees for... for a 5 year old exhibition team. This is not the only competition cheer gym in town. Stay tuned. I'll tell you all about the new one we join next year.

This place is a total disappointment. The owners will not respond to parents after the owners asked that parents message them directly with issues. We have 2 competitions left. My daughter just received her practice gear last week and she still has not received her back pack, warm ups, and competition uniform. It took 5 months to get practice outfits. I understand that cheer can be racket. This is completely unethical and unacceptable. I paid a lump sum in August, we have 2 competitions left, and we are still missing items that we purchased and we were told that we will not get the items we paid for if we quit before the items arrive. My daughter is 6. Dressing up is half the fun! The borrowed uniform she is being forced to wear is entirely too small. Don't make the same mistake as we did! Find another gym.

Gym is in it for the money. Paid for things for All Star cheer and never received bc they didn’t place orders till months after receiving the funds. Had to leave gym as husband was deployed to another state and they didn’t work with us at all. Unfortunate that these business aren’t in it for the kids.

. Last week after camp was released my goal was to drop off the form for the 3 make up classes for August. Unfortunately, our son was at the orthopedic with a broken foot. My soul duty was to care for my son as he was in a lot of pain. The next morning at 10am I went to drop of the form and they stated regardless of the situation they would not allow us to drop off the form. I than requested a manager to call us. They inform me that would be Monday afternoon. I called back Tuesday letting them know that I had not received a call. We finally got a call this afternoon and again they remained heartless. It sickens me to think they have no compassion for the situation we were put in. What would it have hurt to look at their availability and give me some days they could have fit my daughter in. Are they just so big that they forgot what good customer service is. Thanks,Angie Reese
