Drive up ATM is so helpful. Although Chase doesn't post deposits the same day it is entered. Over draws my account every time.

Brook with Chase , in this specific location has been helping me over the couple of years now . Their customer service is superb . If you have any questions or issues they are there to resolve it . If I schedule an appointment or have a question, i alway would get a call back and appointment scheduled .Recommend to all small business owners .

I do business with 4-5 different banks and wanted to utilize a bank that had a few more location options. This place was so rude. Walked in and basically was told I needed an appointment to talk to someone about option on checking and or spending accounts. Asked about pulling some money out from a different account and was told I needed a credit card with Chase and do a cash advance. Ma’am, I just wanted to use your ATM for a couple hundred bucks. Was again brushed off until I had an appointment. Whatever… lots of other options. Just disappointed at the lack of customer service. Dodged one I guess. Wells Fargo/ Bank of American and Frost all within the same block.

I’m a Chase Customer but I mostly come to this location for work bank deposits. Justin always remembers my name and I truly appreciate him, makes my day! The customer service from him and Kaylin are amazing!

This is the only Chase Bank I go to in the area, because I usually don't have any problems when I go here. I like this Chase Bank because everyone here seems skilled and properly trained. Every time I come in here, it's quick and efficient which is what I like when going to a bank especially because nowadays you can do so much online. So when I go in, I want to get in and out. And that is typically my experience when I come to this bank. Today I was helped by Marilyn, and she was so nice, friendly, and just had a perky attitude that was really refreshing honestly! She was able to help me with my withdrawal, and when I came in she greeted me with a friendly smile, which I appreciate it! I thought the bank looked really clean and organized. It's just an overall nice building. Oh, and an additional plus is that I like the hand sanitizers that are stationed at each counter. With all of us swapping money, sharing door knobs, and sharing pens, I think it's a necessity. They have restrooms inside available for the customers, an ATM, and they have a drive-through if you don't want to go in. Plus it's right off the highway so you don't have to go too far off your route if you're hitting it up on the way to somewhere else. Did I mention it's conveniently close to an H-E-B and other nearby restaurants? I will definitely keep coming back.

Update your business hours, the drive thru window shows you open at 8am but the teller (rather rudely) stated you open at 9am. Cool, then update the hours so customers don't waste their time waiting.
