I come to this location to deposit for my job. The women that always service the commercial lane are always sweet and very helpful. I need to catch their names next time, but there’s 3 of them and they’re the greatest!!! I post this now because today I helped another location for my job in taking their deposits and they use Wells Fargo…I had a horrible experience and the woman servicing their commercial lane was beyond rude and I’m thankful I never have to go there again.

Been told they can't reverse debit charges, constant run around and have changed my card numerous times just to have the money taken out again.

Bankers and even the guard were all great and very helpful. I did however get stuck behind the most carefree woman who socialized with the teller for close to 20 minutes. If you value your time do not come here.

Spent 30 minutes at the branch getting the run around, shuffled between each banker and customer service, only to be told several times how they “can’t” do something.
Called the customer service line again and was told that the branch IS able to process the request and each branch has the discretion of how much the service is.
This branch did everything to “save me money” by wasting time on the phone for something I learned that can only be handled in person.
Upon returning to the branch at approximately 4:50, I waited in line and was next up, while the teller prepared for her end of day. When I went to greet the next teller, I was told that because it’s “5” they would no longer assist me with my issue, although there were 3 people behind me in line.
She went on to state that “I thought you said you were coming back tomorrow” I guess at that point she was already mentally prepared to go home.
Did they plan on denying all three of the people after me if their transactions took longer than the teller desired? Or was it just they were lazy and unwilling to be slightly inconvenienced when the entire issue could’ve been handled quickly, if they knew their own policies.
While on the line with customer service, the escalation team informed me that I should identify the branch in a formal report, to which I declined. Clearly I should’ve took that initiative, so maybe they can use this as a learning experience.

The tellers are very kind and knowledgeable. There was no wait. There parking is available for handicap, with wheelchairs ramp.

The person with whom I opened my account, in front of the Walmart near Mainland, was nice, but I have called & been transferred MANY TIMES when I had a question regarding my brokerage account, & when I went inside, at the one closer to Bandera & 1604, I almost had the sense that they were TRYING to destabilize my mind. I do believe that Jamie Dimon is a patriot, though, as he said in his interview in China. Also, I have never been charged a $50 fee, or anything like that, like I did on another well-known, well-respected brokerage. I don't think I've ever actualy gone inside the Chase branch office on De Zavala. I used their drive-thru for information, but was able to get my husband to go inside to deposit funds, after I explained my ordeal at the one on Bandera & 1604 ( where the guy called one of his friends to talk to me, after I wasn't understanding his answer).I've kept my account at Chase open, because they will let you buy stocks that Robinhood doesn't have, for FREE, when TD Ameritrade wanted to charge $5-7. Charles Schwab can also be pricey. Particularly with Scwab, READ ALL THOSE NOTES: 1), 2), 3), 4), etc. That's where I was charged $50 for a penny lithium stock. I had read that they once helped this woman out of her expensive options service, but Schwab made no comment when I asked if they really had to charge me $50. They give you all those notes, & they expect you to read them!Chase has recently added extra information on the stocks you purchase, below the "BUY" button, I think. I haven't looked at it, much, because my stocks are just so Shockingly Down, right now, on Chase, & I don't have a lot of extra $. It might prove very useful, though.The best thing about the Chase branch on De Zavala is the landscaping. You can get a potato taco next door, at Bill Miller, and enjoy a few moments under a very shady palm +other trees, at Chase, watching the cars go by, at a very busy intersection. I once wrote Jim Cramer that I don't know how people in San Antonio buy TSLA, when I never see them, even though the dealership is not that far away. I can't say that, anymore. If you sit at the Chase on De Zavala & I-10, you'll probably see a Tesla go by, even in the first 15-20 minutes.
