Horrible experience! They lie, customer service do whatever they want. Wanted to use them for travel outside United States and card did not work once I got there.
So disappointing... Don't rely on them. Take other credit cards or debit cards with you.

We received 5-star service from the lovely people at the front desk. Our needs were simple and straightforward. We had a few questions and were happy with the answers and further contact information for the follow up group which would best help us going forward.I truly appreciated the kindness and compassion the folks expressed. This will be our preferred location when we need inperson assistance. Well done team!

Good and bad. I have had an investment account with them for years. Only had one problem in transferring a Mutual fund from a bank over to them. Finally had to cancel the transaction. Then after a year tried again and it went threw in days. crazy.Don't listen to all the bad reviews here.. Fee's are low to non existent. Hopefully I will never have to go back to a brick and mortar bank again.

Terrible service. I came today to try to talk with an advisor for wealth management and the lady at the counter told me there was nobody available and didn’t give me any options. Automatically asked if i was a citizen or have ssn (which i do) She was rude and not helpfull at all. Will take my investments somewhere else.

Terrible experience. We are still waiting 18 months after my dad's death to get his IRA distributed. His financial advisor of 20 years, KB, has been unhelpful, arrogant and knowingly dealt with my dad when he had been diagnosed with dementia several years prior. Bad corporate cooperation. LOOK ELSEWHERE TO INVEST YOUR MONEY. We did file a complaint with FINRA. This is a government oversight agency.

Corey at Charles Schwab was extremely helpful and patient. I knew nothing about rolling over my 401(k) into a traditional IRA and he explained it to me every step of the way.

Came in for some help in filling out financial paperwork. The front desk staff greeted me as soon as I walked in. They were very professional yet down-to-earth. I've been a Schwab customer for years and will continue to be.

Don't waste your time or money with this place. I came here to open an account and invest with this company. when I was approached by the woman in the front she told me she could give me a chrome book to set the account up myself. When I informed her that I had several questions about opening the account and preferred to speak to someone before taking any actions she deflected my questions with more questions. I ended up walking out and taking my money elsewhere.

I am beyond shocked that a company of this caliber was unable to process an address change. I kept getting statements for my withdrawals from my Retirement Services accounts sent to my old address so I called at least twice to let them know that my address change didn't work. They assured me that they did it right and that it shouldn't happen anymore. I moved again, changed my address again, and of course, I still received my statements forwarded from the post office. Same problem. So I called AGAIN and was told the same story. "There is nowhere else that we can change the address, mam" insinuating what - that I don't know what a forwarded piece of mail is? So weeks go by, and I receive an important document about Federal Withholding, and once again, it's forwarded. I call AGAIN. The rep tells me that it's weird because I have e-delivery selected so I should be getting everything by email anyway. Then I read off the account number listed on the notice and he says it's not one of theirs. I tell him that I have been saying all along that they probably have a vendor that sends out the statements for them and they are not being kept in the loop about address changes. He finally figures it out and his explanation went over my head but it had to do with their internal systems not working well together. So, now I am seriously thinking of moving my money out of there. If they can't even handle a simple transaction like an address change, or train their employees to know how to fix this when it doesn't work out, causing my wasted time and their wasted time, I don't feel very comfortable with them keeping my money. Pathetic.

Honestly, I haven't been able to use their services. I've been calling for a week. They were supposed to call back within 24 to 48 hours. It's 7 days later. I've obtained specific numbers to consultants and no one will call back. If I can't get through, why would I trust them with my money!?
