It was a tax-free weekend, the weekend before school starts and Champs did a great job helping their customers. Champs was well stocke, and the prices were cheaper than other shoe stores in the mall. Champs had a large selection of athletic shoes, athletic clothing, backpacks, hats and other sport themed apparel.

Went to pick up a reservation today but due to a technical issue only my email address and the size of shoe showed up on their checklist. Even after showing the incompetent and sketchy “manager” Nick my QR code, ID, my name in the profile section on my end of the app, he refused to let me purchase my reservation. He told me to call customer service which I did and after finally speaking with a supervisor she made multiple attempts to contact Nick at the North Star Location to let him know he can absolutely sell me the shoe but of course he was unavailable. Unfortunately there is very little a customer can do when a 50 year old Champs Sports manager wants to keep your reservation for himself.

Experience was bittersweet I ordered my son some shoes and they were delivered to my house but left on plain sight close to the sidewalk so my son did not get his shoes however I was able to talk to Mr. Mike and he refunded me for the item. The 4 stars go to Mr. Mike and his kindness and willingness to hear me out and provide a solution. Thank you Mr. Mike

The cashier was terrible to me, maybe because I speak Spanish both times, it was the same person who helped me at the checkout and he was really bad, I promised not to come back, he was racist towards me.

Haven’t been to this mall in a while. Was sent from another location saying they had a shoe in stock. We got there and everyone is standing in the front not helping anyone. They said hey when we walked in, but never said how can we help you. We stood in the same place for about 5 min and still no one approached us. Finally WE asked for the shoe and the guy goes to the back, comes back and says they don’t have it. Needless to say it was a less than satisfactory experience.
