Ihave been coming to Chad Miller for years. The people at here are always super helpful. They understand when you're on a budget and don't try to sell you a bunch of repairs that can wait. They have always seemed very trustworthy in my dealings with them.

My daughter just moved back to San Antonio and needed immediate attention car service. Not knowing the area, she found Chad Miller. Quick turn around and honest service. Thank you for being there in time of need. Also they offered discount for UTSA students!!

Chad fixed my daughter’s AC last week and mine this week. The staff is always kind and the service is excellent! We have been using Chad for years and will continue to have all of our vehicles serviced here.

Chad Miller has become my go to place for car repairs. They have always done great work on my car and are fair and honest. I only wish they had more locations. But I guess in order to do so there would have to be a Chad Miller twin.

Been going to Chad for the last 8 years with all my vehicles. I fully trust every estimate and repair he has ever done for me. It’s very relieving to have a mechanic you can trust.

Took a trip over to Take 5 to do the ol' oil change this morning, and, wouldn't you know it, my oil plug was stripped out, so it couldn't be removed with the tools that T5 had on hand.
Called Chad Miller, they said come on over and we'll take care of you.
I was seen almost immediately after I arrived.
With a few professional grunts and tugs, the plug was swapped and oil changed - I was back in business before I knew it.
With all the extra work they did, getting that stubborn plug out, replacing it, plus an oil change (I brought my own synthetic, but had to purchase a filter from CM when we realized the one I grabbed wasn't the correct size), the bill was surprisingly under $50.
I won't trust my vehicle to anyone else in SA. These guys have proven themselves time and time again to be honest, thorough, and absolute professionals.

The staff are the kindest people you will ever meet. Very down to earth and knowledgeable, they will get you taken care of not only in a timely manner but will do their best to resolve any issues/misunderstandings. They explained to me exactly what was going on with my car and made sure I understood, taking the time to explain and answer any questions I had. They serviced my vehicle and I haven't heard the concerning noise since. I highly recommend and will be bring my car (and and my family's cars) here from now on!

I will not go here to get my car repaired again, for several reasons, extremely high repair fees, delayed repairs, and poor quality of repairs. Not sure why they have such high reviews?
