Horrible experience. Uncommunicative, had no idea when they were going to show up and finally came at noon after waiting all morning. Threw belongings everywhere and called it “unpacking,” left food waste in the garage. Avoid if at all possible.

Ms. Melissa, Ms. Terry and Ms. Josie were awesome! They were very patient with me going around directing them what to pack and what not to. They did everything fast too. They were also very friendly and answered all of my questions since this will be my first actual move. You have a great team here! Please give them my regards and they are an asset to your company.
Also would like to give thank you to Ms. Lupe and Mr. Cody for picking up everything especially with bring everything down from another floor.

Central transportation systems handled my upcoming relocation out of the country. Nathan, Zac, Jerry and Axel were all professional and diligent with their work. CTS was excellent. Heather and Renee, our packers, were quick and efficient and receptive to feedback and questions from us. They treated our things with care. The driver/loader, Mr. Morales, was awesome as well. They worked hard but took their time to ensure our more fragile things were loaded and secured well. The CTS HQ office messed up the paperwork headers (wrong name and addresses) but the driver caught the issue and fixed it, which was an immense relief and crisis averted. Would definitely recommend this company.
