Went in for work boots. Kelly was working on the floor she was amazing she went above and beyond to fit our budget needs and wants, and we left with the perfect boots! Her customer service skills are 5 stars ? thanks again Kelly for all your help

I Bought some boots that I saw in store , and when I ordered them online they came smudged, and scratched, so I reached out to customer service and the lady requested for me to take the boots to the nearest Cavenders to return and exchange. So I did (This was the first pair). Then the manager ordered another pair of boot’s and the pair that shipped in was worn and scratched on the bottom. The inside sole was dirty as well. So I took the boots back to same location right here off 410 and i explained to the manager I wasn’t satisfied with these 2nd boots that I got shipped to my house. When he asked why, i explained about the scratches on shoe and you can tell these boots were worn and from the display. The boots didn’t come with the tissue paper or card board inside the boots(usually how new footwear come in, also how first pair shipped). So he told me that “if the boot was worn he could tell, and there was no scratching on boots and that the boots weren’t worn and that all his boots are brand new and on the shelves, the scuffs are from the wooden display”. The one day I went I only saw half a pair on the shelf and no stock on top of shelves. So i explained to him if I’m paying good money for boots I should get a good quality pair. I ended up taking the boots I originally returned the first time since they were in better condition then 2nd pair. I just didn’t like how the manager handled the situation. Also if people are paying good money for boots they should get better service.

We just knew we had to stop to get some cowboy boots while in Texas and this store did exactly what it was supposed to. Sell me some boots! Also got a belt and dress they had great customer service. Nice big store, would go back again in a heartbeat, but I doubt I’ll ever going back to San Antonio Lol

Terrible customer service and rude employees. We asked for a specific boot and size, and were brought the boots from an employee. Trusting them, we bought them as we knew that was the product we wanted and upon arriving home discovered they were the wrong size. Within an hour or two, came back, and wanted to exchange sizing. They said no because they were “too scratched up”, when all we did was bring them home and back. They are okay selling a product they wouldn’t even accept back? What? We even showed them pictures of trying them on in store and that was the condition they were in prior to purchase on the floor of their store. Ridiculous. Went to a different cavenders and they had NO ISSUES and were actually sorry we bought the original ones at that condition.

Love this store and the amazingly kind and helpful employees. I'm not a Texan and I needed a lot of help and expertise helping me choose boots and hats. This store has super knowledgeable employees that went above and beyond in helping me find what I was looking for. I will definitely be back and bring my husband here! They have a great selection and what they can't find in this store, they'll try to find at another one for you. I had so much fun shopping here and came out with the cutest outfit for dinner tonight!

Customer service on the floor was great for it being the holidays however the girls in the register need a re teaching on good customer service. Paying almost 200 dollars on items and not even a bag given nor a thank you! worst of all, not even seeming to be apologetic it’s the holidays I understand a long day… still some kind of good customer service at least a happy holiday.

They have an excellent selection and the manager, Brett, made sure we were well taken care of. We got a great pair of Ariat boots, a nice belt, and new insoles for my old pair of Ariats.
