I had a great experience at Cavender Toyota. Michael Rodriguez was my salesman. After visiting a few different dealerships, I decided to get a Toyota Camry. The number of new vehicles that Cavenders had in stock was impressive. Like most new vehicles, the MSRP had an addendum sticker, which I was able to negotiate off. Michael helped me sort out the trim that best suited me. He was honest, straightforward, easy to work with, and not pushy. I felt like I understood the market well, got a great deal, and was happy with my purchase. I would recommend Cavenders to anyone in the market for a Toyota.

Today, December 9, 2023 I had a friend check out a 4Runner Stock #: M5867686 at their location. We were ready to buy, but they would not sell to us. Sales associate Tristan told us they only sell to buyers on location. We live in Frisco, TX further away than hours we can make the drive on a Saturday. We were ready to buy at their full asking price of $27,997. They wouldn't even send us an offer sheet with all of the typically hidden fees for dealer lot, transfer, paperwork, etc. Save yourself a headache. Deal with someone else.Update: My wife actually attempted to purchase the vehicle online today. Apparently, the online purchase is through a service agreement with Car Gurus which was entered into with this dealership in November. After contacting Car Gurus, they entered a fraud ticket against the dealership which they will have 24 hours to respond to. I can't help but wonder if Cavender Toyota is in breach of their contract with Car Gurus in how they deal with online customers vs. customers in person as a means of unjust enrichment that discriminates against online buyers. Depending on how this works out, I'll be reaching out to the Attorney General's office to see if they might be interested in investigating for deceptive trade practices. Suffice it to say, if you're buying online, you may not know how you're really being treated or why there may be a delay. I always thought that if there was an offer to sale and a buyer that met that offer a binding contract was formed at that point, either verbal or written. This would be an interesting case of legal discovery to understand what all of the different time stamped documents reveal.

Purchased two Toyotas, not an issue there, but our issue is, Cavenderfor the past 6 months has been e-mailing and texting my husband everyweek, advertising, reminders for maintenance on each car. My husbandhas attempted to call and ask them to STOP this numerous times, butthey don't. It is becoming to the point of harassment, and annoying. You are alienating us as customers rather than being accommodating. Your going to lose us!

We had a wonderful experience here purchasing our new 2023 4 Runner. Kobe Cardenas was our salesperson and he did a great job explaining all of the options and functions of the model that we selected. The price that I was quoted over the phone was the price that we got when we arrived. There were no "add on's" or bogus charges and it was a simple and straightforward transaction. Definitely worth the 1.5 hour drive from our town to buy from Cavender Toyota. Everyone that we dealt with from the sales and finance department was friendly, professional and did a fantastic job!

Boy, where do I begin. I purchased a 2021 Tacoma and was promised complimentary oil changes etc. I do not drive the vehicle a lot and it has low miles as I work from home. I was contacted by the service department to come in and get my complimentary service as it was due. I scheduled the appointment and arrived on time at 1pm. Two brutally long hours later I get hit with a bill over $100 as they said I no longer was eligible. I missed the cutoff by one day. Happy Veteran's Day to me!! All in all I only received one complimentary service in total. Then they brought me my truck and when I got in I noticed sticker pieces all over my dash and console (see pic). The sticker must have shredded as they pulled it off and they didn't bother to vacuum it. It was literally in a million pieces all over the place. I stopped at my car wash to run it through and vacuum. As I was entering the automated wash the attendants came out to stop me waving their hands! They said I had something on my roof and it needed to come off in order to enter the wash. What the heck??! The dealership geniuses left their RED CONE on my roof. I was wondering what all the humming noise was as I was headed down 1604. Scratched the roof as well. As I reviewed my bill I also noticed they did not do the Tire Rotation I had asked for...unbelievable! Thanks Cavender! This service department has gone downhill and my advisor, Matthew Villarreal, couldn't care less...I will never buy another Cavender or visit this place ever again. I cannot recommend them at this time. I will be using Valvoline moving forward.

Purchasing my Toyota Camry at Cavender Toyota was a wonderful experience! Carlos Beltran was my salesman and he kept up with me since the day I walked in. I took a couple weeks out to take care of some personal things, but Carlos and team lead Cory B promised me that they would take care of me and they did just that!! Understood what I wanted and made it possible! The persistency to make sure I had the best experience at a dealership was presented here. Carlos B and Cory B went above and beyond I could ask for in assisting me to get the vehicle of my choice. I highly recommend Toyota Cavender! They are financing team was very helpful at the end too. Javier in financing was phenomenal as well. I got some help as well from John P, their hospitality was amazing! Definitely doing business here again for my next vehicle in the future and recommending friends and family to visit Cavender Toyota for their next vehicle purchase!

I was waiting for my husband for 40 minutes to meet me at the dealership and Ryan waited until my husband was there before interacting with us. He knew I wasn't ready to speak to him but was ready to help. So patient! Ryan listened and provided the best car for me based on my needs. Now, the rest of the team was so helpful and they do prove they want to make the customer happy. The financial coordinator Joey was great anticipating my needs and matched my interest rate, warranties from my previous vehicle, and really took the time to assure me all of their own warranties would be honored. I have owned a Mazda, Audi, and Jeep and this Toyota dealership provided the best customer service all around. They are there to make you happy. They made the buying process easy. Love this place and the people!
