Quite frankly, we're very disappointed with the service dept. My wife got there at 7:15 in the morning for an oil change. She was told that she was the first car in, and the oil change shouldn't be long. They then found an issue with one of her tires which needed to be replaced. No problem. However, after almost three hours of waiting, she went back up and asked how much longer it would be. That, in and of itself, took another 30 minutes to find out that the gentleman working on her car had gone home sick. I understand that people get ill and have to go home; however, they should've put somebody else on that car immediately. They didn't. It was only after she inquired as to the delay that another technician worked on the car. Anyway, after being there for four hours, they asked if she wanted her car washed. She did, but she had to say no because she had another appointment at 11:30. In addition, they also did not top off her fluids. We drove out of town the next day, and the windshield washer fluid light came on. Absolutely unacceptable, if I'm being honest. Finally, despite the fact that she was there over four hours, there was no apology, no discount offered, no coupon for the next visit. Nothing. They did send me a text the next day asking if I was satisfied with their performance. I texted back with this review. No one has responded, and that was over 48 hours ago. Let me finish by saying they did not leave by a very good impression for a first-time Audi buyer who was making her first visit to their service department.

Awful experience. Brought in for air conditioner repair. Day 1, I was told that they were likely to get to it until the next day. The evaporator repair took 29 days. The repair requires windshield to be removed. The windshield had a chip repair. The service dept. broke the windshield and charged me for replacement. I asked for them to save the broken windshield or take photos for documentation. They did not, but still charged me $1900.

Audi Dominion has been my preferred service department for preventative maintenance and repairs on my vehicles for the past few years. I have always had a positive experience with every visit; especially, this most recent visit in August. This was my first time working with service advisor Corey Winfield. He was very informative about the work that was required as well as recommended preventative maintenance. Corey kept me informed of the progress at each stage of repair. After I picked up my vehicle, I received a courtesy call from Corey to make sure the trip back to Corpus Christi went smoothly without incident. I continue to be very impressed with first-rate mechanic work, excellent service advisor communication, and VIP customer treatment at Audi Dominion. If I was able to rate more than five stars, I most definitely would.

Visited without an appointment for annual safety inspection. I was assisted by Marcos Trejo who was polite and efficient. Comfortable lounge with coffee and snacks made the brief wait feel even shorter.
