i always love coming to cato when the manager is there, she’s one of my favs, but whoever this new older woman is, she made my last trip uncomfortable. i walked in looking for a dress for my engagement photo shoot and found something i loved, however, it wasn’t the vibe. i mentioned what i was looking for and what the occasion was and she proceeded to say “i’ve been divorced for years.” “as long as yall love eachother, i guess” how do you think that would make SOMEONE feel. also she made comments about all the clothes and how they look on her. i’m sorry but this moment was not about her, not to mention, I already was already kind of upset that she was already body shaming me that i didn’t like the dress 1 for the way it looking on me and 2 about how tight it was under my arms, and saying “there’s a medium, it’s cause this is a small” . i’m an XS in cato clothes so you can leave me alone. im walking out the next time i see her in the store

Lady working today (older lady with a wig on) extremely Rude! Every time I would take something to the fitting room she would rush to see what we were doing. She made us feel as if we were about to steal something. Ummmm isn’t that why you put security tags on your clothes? Will definitely not be back to this store! I always shop at the one on FM 3009 for over 10 yrs they have NEVER made me feel like this lady did!!!
