This location is more of an updated boutique style. Plenty of Dressing Rooms and a variety of sizes of clothing on both the Jr./Miss & Women’s Plus. If they don’t have an item in stock an associate can order or call another location to see if they have the item. Fair size shoe department. Fairly large accessory/jewelry selection. They have intimate clothing items and shape-wear.

How does this store expect to sell clothes, the staff is so rude. I felt the greeting was forced and then I was treated like trash when asking about an item. Get it together corporate, find someone who will actually tend to this business correctly.

I go to Cato's a lot in a few different locations but I had a doctor's appointment near this one though I had never been before. The lady working there was the rudest person ever. I did over hear hear saying she was from another store.

Very bad customer service! I'm at this location for more about 40 mins choosing clothing, I hear somebody mentioned that they are about to close, I turn around and I asked assistant for closing time, she replies that they are going to close within the next ten minutes. I say, ohh myy! I better go to fitting room, choose something and get out. Older assistant tells me she can't let me go into fitting room because they about to close. I'm like, really?? You see me choosing clothing for the last 45 mins, the least you could have done is to announce to head to fitting room because you guys about to close. And she says, nope! I could have gone in and out in 10 minutes, what was so hard to have waited a little longer to let me get something and get out of their way! I told them, this is bad customer service ladies, as I'm walking out, and all they replied was, have a nice day and locked the door behind me. Wow! Lost a customer here! :,(

I frequent Cato often and their staff is always helpful! I almost always walk out with something when I shop here. Cute clothing, shoes, purses and accessories! They have it all here

The reason I give this place a 1 stare is because when their sign in website say they open up at 10:00am they aren’t open they open there doors 15-30 min later so they should fix there hours is they are not going to open at time they say they will people like me who have a very busy life I can make time to come at opening but I have something planned non stop through the day so this is big inconvenience! Also some of the staff when you walk in they are not nice and they swam like they don’t want you to walk around in the store and they don’t want to be there. This seams to me. Normal thing so for now on I will be going to another location farther from my house that opens up when they say they will and the staff there are very friendly.

Cute clothes! Sign on door says masks recommend so I didn’t wear one and then was asked to put one on even though it says recommended. I don’t mind wearing a mask if the sign on the door says mask required but if it says recommended I should have the choice to wear one not forced.
