Jay did a great job helping us out with comparing different beds. He let us go back and forth and was very patient in helping us narrow it down. We ultimately bought our mattress from him & Casper and are very happy we did! Everything was clean quick and easy glad we went in person than ordering online.

Great service overall.Looked at a few of the big box stores (won't name names) and all felt like they were just trying to make a sale rather than get me in a bed I would love. The Casper employees really knew their stuff AND aren't on commission, which shocked me given how much they knew about their product and company history.I will happily recommend Casper to all my friends and family. Love my new bed and look forward to sleeping well from now on.

Liz has excellent interpersonal customer interface and knows products.This Labor Day I have shopped all mattress sales, the other stores cannot meet their prices everything inclusive(taxes, delivery, setup & haul old mattress away).No hidden gotcha!

Liz spent time on the phone with me and helped me narrow my choices. My wife and I went to the store the next day and Jay guided us through our choices and the purchasing process. I had recently helped our daughter shop at another mattress retailer, and came away with the feeling she had been fleeced. I did not feel that way after working with Casper North Star.

I don’t usually write reviews that often, but after my purchasing experience with the Casper team - I have to give them 5 out 5 stars! My boyfriend and I’s journey started on a quick visit to the store speaking with Liz. Liz was super helpful deciding what might be best for our needs. She was not pushy whatsoever and truly listened to what we were looking for: quality and affordability. We didn’t make my purchase that same day, but once returning to finalize our decision, Jay helped us out. Jay was knowledgeable, polite and very helpful. We are so happy with our purchase and the support we have from the Casper team at North Star. Thank you all so much!

My wife and I had a top-notch experience purchasing a new bed from Jay and the Casper team. We were unsure whether we wanted an Innerspring, Foam or Hybrid mattress and Jay did a great job of explaining the differences of each while we laid down on each sample mattress at the store. We chose the Hybrid mattress with the five layers of foam including the cooling technology and could t be happier with our purchase.

Was not in the market for a new bed, but Jay was so knowledgeable on all products that I asked about. Thanks for not being an over zealous salesperson! The store was also very clean and refreshing smelling. I can't wait for delivery of the wave hybrid snow!!!

Based off customer service alone, this store is 5 star plus! The entire staff is legitimately there to help and guide you through the entire process of selecting, purchasing, and delivery. I absolutely recommend this Casper location to anyone in the market looking into a new mattress!

Sorry for weird name, this is a personal email. My name is Caleb Coberley, and I bought a pillow from here, and I have to say, it is very comfortable! The lady helping us was very nice and made everything a while lot easier on us. The whole experience was totally radical.

After doing some research online we decided to check out Casper for a new mattress. We called the store ahead of time to find out where they were located inside the mall and the store associate was very helpful and gave us directions from where we were and also other store names and restaurants close to their store so that we could find them easily. As soon as we arrived we were welcomed and pleased to see that all of the associates were wearing masks and practicing social distancing. We were invited to try out each of the different mattresses for comparison and the salesperson we worked with took the time to explain the differences and wasn't pushy at all. He also told us that there weren't any sales at the moment but that if we ever saw one we could call customer service for a raincheck to apply whatever promotion or discount was happening, as long as it was within the first 100 nights. In fact you even get the first 100 nights risk free, meaning that if you change your mind you can return the mattress and get your money back. We decided on the nova hybrid and luckily they had one in stock that we were able to take home that day. After paying, the sales associate invited us to choose a gift to take home for free! We picked out a white noise sound machine and a scented candle! How nice! To top it off, the salesperson told us where to pull our car up, showed us on a map of the mall where to meet him, and he wheeled the mattress box out to our car! When we got home the mattress was relatively easy to unpack and since then we have had no regrets! We truly get the best sleep! Even better, a few weeks later we saw that Casper was doing a fall promotion of 15% off and we called customer service and were able to receive the raincheck reimbursed to our credit card!
