I went in for service and the young lady at the front entered wrong details in system. I waited 3 1/2 hours for service B on my CLA. At the check out I was told they changed the oil and did a diagnostic. I NEVER authorized for a diagnostic check on my vehicle. I explained to him that I had spoken and also emailed a copy of the checklist that I needed done to my car which was service B. He apologized for the error on young ladies part and did not charge for me diagnostic check ($65) I was not satisfied because after 3 1/2 hours all I got was an oil change and no fillers changed as normally is included. He went on to say it was an additional cost of $60 to replace my filters. I was fine paying that because I need it but after all that wait and a workers incompetence I was already upset. Now I have to go elsewhere to pay labor again. I am going to give thanks for the gentleman who saw the error and did his part to make it right. I believe his name was Hèctor Thank you

People were nice and friendly my car was ready before the time they said it would be and the estimate was less than that what they quoted

Highly recommend this shop. Absolutely phenomenal customer service! Honest people who care about their customers. My daughter got a nail in her tire and another shop told her they couldn't patch it and she had to get a new tire. I called Casias today and she went tonight and they told her they could patch it! Saved her lots of money!

This place is TRASH. Please DO NOT go buy your own parts if they recommend it. They will give you a hard time about warranty since they don’t know how to run a business and say to go get your own parts. That should’ve been red flag number one. No professional place has ever told me to do that. They will mess up your car with the parts you paid for and keep charging you for everything they messed up. This place is UNRELIABLE. Don’t bother coming here. Going to report this location to the BBB (better business bureau). They should be closed with these scamming no good mechanics. They all should be ashamed to work there. Don’t work with any of them if you value your vehicle, time and hard earned money.Services: Brakes

I don't recommend this place to no one. I took my truck to get it checked out. They told me it was the transmission, so I believed them. So I paid for the diagnosis. I left cause I didn't have the money for a new transmission. I left thinking this guy that checked my truck didn't even look like he knew what he was doing. I took my truck to a neighborhood mechanic and he checked it. It ended up being the universal joints. I fixed the truck for under a $100 bucks. Imagine if I would of left it there and gotten screwed. They didn't want to give me my money back for the false diagnosis.

I had two repairs with this company, totaling over $1000, and neither repair fixed the problem. The repair shop stated they couldn't do anything about the fact that their repairs were inaccurate and just quoted me another $500 foot an additional repair that "might" fix the problem, as well as $80 for an additional diagnostics test. Casias used to be AMAZING! It appears they've been taken over by new owners, and the quality and attention to detail and customer service has gone way down. Now, it seems the main priority is making money. So sad.

SCAM ALERT. If you’re like me, you looked at the reviews to late. Casia’s used to be a reliable shop but has changed drastically. This shop is on its way to tanking. It’s noticeable, more and more customers are frustrated at the counter. I went in for a service and was given the run around 4 times over a 2 week period. One fix on top of another, on top of another - just to get my truck back that same way it was when it was dropped off. None of the issues were fixed all while adding onto the bill. Complete waist of time and money.

Not even worth a single star. Went for a state inspection, after my mother recommended them. After keeping my vehicle for 7 hours, they told me that they couldn’t pass my vehicle because my overhead light in the back wasn’t working. Then quoted me $550 to get new light bar and install it. I said “IT’S A LIGHT !!” Anyways, they charged me $65 for a diagnostic, which they said they always charge, and $150 for an emergency brake cable which go for $22 - $49 at AutoZone, which I told them needed to be fixed. Nice diagnosis. I’m pretty sure they put the cheapest one in. As far as the overhead lamp goes, I bought a new one for $116 and did the installation myself in about 10 minutes. This place is a RIPOFF shop. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

From out of town and broke down a couple of miles from Casias. I called and asked what time they closed only to find out that they would close within 15 minutes. I explained my situations and they offered to look at my vehicle as long as I made within 45 minutes. Once there, one of the employees removed my tire and wheel only to realize that my wheel was cracked. He stated that he could fix it but we had to pay him directly in cash. We agreed and while we waited, a picture was taken to notify our supervisors back home of our situation as we potentially might be missing work the following day. The technician came back shortly after and reinstalled the tire. I asked him if the tire would hold the trip back home and he stated "no, I didn't fix it" when I asked why, he said "I don't do shady business with y'all taking pictures." Not sure exactly what happened but it frustrated my wife as the wheel was still damaged and we didn't have an answer as to whether it could be fixed or not. We then spoke with the owner and explained to him every detail of what had happened. Turns out, this technician had been doing similar deals with others and possibly stealing so much money from the shop. The owner was amazing. He worked with us and we managed to get the wheel fixed and were able to drive back home. Not sure what happened to the technician but if you ever go to this shop, know that the owner is a stand up man and wants the best for his customers. Anytime I'm in San Antonio and I have vehicle issues, I'll be returning here from now on. I would highly recommend this shop as everyone else genuinely was concerned for our situation and went out of their way to stay beyond closing hours to fix our wheel. With the first tech, this is a 1 star but because of how well the owner took care of us, this is an easy 5 star shop in my book. Oh, the work done was great too at a reasonable price.

TLDR AT BOTTOM OF POST:There's no communication, I was told our vehicle was actively being looked at by the mechanic numerous times. And, it had never even left their lot in the back. My wife happened to be passing by Casias, it had been 4 days now since the car was supposed to have been looked at. The first time I called it was on a Sunday, I asked what the status of my vehicles diagnostic was, and was told the mechanic wasn't in. I said that's fine if he hasn't looked at it yet, I need our vehicle back so I can take it elsewhere. This wasn't a big deal we're patient people and I don't like rushing anyone, I'd rather the job be done right as opposed to it being rushed. However, I was told that they had no idea if the mechanic had looked at our vehicle or not, and there was no paperwork, I then asked if they could call them or even text them to find out. They stated they couldn't release my vehicle until confirming with the mechanic if the diagnostic had been done. When I asked if the mechanics could be contacted they said, we've tried in the past but they never answer when they're not in. This shop used to be great, my wife and I loved it. But, when you're actively lying to customers stating their vehicles being looked at, and it hasn't even left your back lot, what else are you lying about? I had a master cylinder and full brake replacement done awhile back on one of my other vehicles. I got the car back with the brake light on, and a spongy pedal, they were so busy during that time I bled the brakes myself and filled up the master cylinder since it was below the minimum line, but, I documented everything, both before and after the repair because I know better. On this same vehicle I had paid for them to diagnose the exhaust leak I was having, they just replaced a rusty muffler that I already knew was part of the leak but never resolved the issue as there was still a massive exhaust leak. However, again I've always been a very patient and understanding person, and figured at least the muffler had been done well or so I hope. I've bought many tires and services for many of my vehicles, and they used to be fast, communicative, and honest. However, none of that is a thing anymore, I attempted to give them another chance and it just left me feeling screwed. I'll never come here again, they made my pregnant wife go and walk into their back lot on a 110* day and she had to jump her own vehicle and bring it out. While she was in the office many others were VERY UPSET about the same issues. She and around 4-5 other customers were all going into the back lot to pick up their vehicles, just as pissed as she was according to her.TLDR: No communication with mechanics. The mechanics apparently never answer their phones or document anything. They've become dishonest, and do really poor quality work. It's really sad they used to be a great shop. I'll get our tires from Discount Tires from now on, and shop elsewhere for any other service I need.

Needed a flat tire repair and I went to 3 different shops by me. All very rude and said my car would not be seen for hours if at all today. I called Casias and a nice lady answered and said I could come right now and be serviced. So I came in and the moment I arrived a nice gentleman started right to work on my tire. Took off the donut, repaired, replaced, and put my tire back on. Charged me only $10 and I was out and in a matter of 10 mins. Great service and great attitudes. Even the others working here that I was watching while my tire was getting fixed just have a different attitude than most car places. Everyone seems happy, like they are treated well and like their jobs. Made sure to tip, was a great experience.Service: Tires

Would not recommend this tire shop. Husband took some tires to be installed on Saturday and by Sunday noticed back tires were losing air. Valves not leaking prior. Tire pressure sensors were not changed when the tires were installed, should have been done in the installation process.Husband went back today (Monday) to have the issue addressed and was told no, they could not fix it because that’s “‘money” and they needed to charge for it. First off, who says that? A ghetto shop. He speaks to a manager who was zero help and said it could be addressed for a fee. Zero customer service. No accountability for possible miscommunication on what their services include just looking to make money. Then have audacity to ask for a freaking tip!Don’t waste your time or your hard earned money at a shop that doesn’t value customers.

I work M-F but needed tires I purchased elsewhere, installed. So, my options are the weekend. Saturday got away from me so I started driving on Sunday to see who was open when I came across this shop. They were stacked busy! They had a system and a number of techs to keep vehicles moving. There was a wait but it's Sunday so to be expected. Under the circumstances, they were quick, friendly and for what I needed, reasonably priced
