This is a fair shop! I keep coming for gold bars. First deal was killer. Came back and picked up another they had. Couldn't haggle on the 2nd purchase but the price was fair considering they hooked me up on the first one. I will definitely be coming back. Really nice team.

I can't believe how unprofessional everyone is. This whole crew needs to be fired. They where so rude and mean that I had to pressure them to even sell me a ring. Thank God I had patience today.

They gave me max amount for pawned item. Thought it was very reasonable but looking to take it out soon to avoid high interest rates.

Was told they were going to hold an item while I got there (30 min), drove half an hour only to get a message saying they sold the item. Absolute waste of time and money.

Assistant manager was a man with glasses don’t remember his name , but he yelled at me many times “how much do you want for it” instead of being a manager and coming up to the desk to talk to me professionally. Left with anxiety and started crying.

Was in a hurry & dude was arguing with another employee bout missing cash. Told him I was in a hurry & they kept arguing. I got my ID & walked out while he's asking me to come back. I told him what to do with himself & he started cussing at me. I've been there to buy stuff lotsa times, but never seen him there. What kind of business is it to leave the customer waiting while they argue bout their problems ???

I went into this shop basically to look around as to see what guitars they had on the show rack and a guitar pedal caught my eye as I Google the reviews and the effects it had I was very interested in purchasing but did not have the money on me and I was told to come back when I was ready on a set price , I went back a few days later just to find out they increased the price and i was told the clerk was new and that price was just for that day but still I was willing to pay the extra cash I really want this pedal , the clerk a male supervisor was very cocky and made it very difficult hitting me with all kind of surprises so I left just to come back the next day to make my purchase then i ask that wanted to buy the warranty and I was told we lowered the price so they claim they could not sell me the warranty I told her that's funny cause they were selling me the warranty yesterday so all that meant the price increased to the price that was on the sticker to begin with just to find out the pedal did not work ,, I did get my money back but all this drama made it difficult for a item they new was not working , I'm glad i talk my way into purchasing the warranty, they do not warranty their items you have to pay extra and thats bad business , not doing business with them ever again , I hate to give anyone a bad name but this was strictly a very bad experience and uncalled for

The service was very poor and this girl that was helping me was named Rose and she just kept cussing me out saying that I was delusional for trying to sell a GoPro there and refused me service and the whole time I was trying to help her find out the prices,like come on how are you even allowed a job,I would give a 0 star if I could.
