Valerie is awesome. I've been looking for a trombone and even though this store didn't have any she went above and beyond with help. She was able to get me in touch with other pawn shops in the network to find the one I need. The search continues but I know I can rely on her excellent customer service.

Was looking for a push mower. Found a Craftsman for $30! However, it wouldn't start. I could easily fix it though. The staff actually let it go for $20. In the end I came out on top because I cleaned the carburetor and it fired right up. It has been running really great, so it was highly worth the price.
