Just came in today 6/10/24 to view pc asked to view one “LEE” brought us a tower and said we dont have an hdmi to show this i said regular pc monitors should come with regular pc input wired he brought one and said “Okay here you go since you seem to know more than me” and walked away and it was missing the regular monitor input wire obviously ? but i told gimme first of all that was rude ill be sure to leave a nice review and got his name. Hope a manager can see this and give him adequate training on customer service.

It has about of nice useful items. It's just many times I've called for info and been misinformed and regardless of them knowing of incident I've still not been able to get my items back...

This place used to be cool before they changed staff. It's been twice that they had sold our stuff without letting us know. They said that they tried calling us, but we received no call. We had updated our new number 5 times and they still don't save it on file. This place sucks, I'm never, ever, ever coming back here. Their customer service needs a lot of improvement ?? as well.

I went there and they are very nice "Rosa " is the lady that help me as soon that i walk in, got help right away plus there prices are low They even have lay aways all i put down was 10 dollars on a pair of earrings that where 30 but all i pay was 10 dollars layaway I got 3months to take it out. I would like to saythat this pawn shop is the place to go!!!!!

This place is a complete joke the manager which is anOld cougar be at work man hounding like lady and the tramp I don't get these females in San Antonio they always not satisfied I know one thing they will claim they Don"t mess with married men but I know for sure this pass Sundayvshevhad mines for about a time I just found on my location history and best be leave a rude awakings coming so be on the look out for a bolo she did not want to give her name because the last she was very rude to me and I tried helping them out by lettingbother people go first and Daniel he slow to I think they need some training to help with there customer service psbyetheway. Maybe some etiquette classes as well just saying for real thou!

Good luck getting them to check on an item by phone to see if it’s in stock. People call because they don’t want to drive 40 miles to your store unless they know for sure you have something. It’s rude to put them on hold and never pick up. Or to answer the phone only to tell them to come in and take a look if they want, Alexis.

Rude, no customer service I had to ask the employees name not in proper uniform no name tag visible. Eva is rude and lacks interpersonal skills they went down hill at this location once the original employees left Jessica was the better choice for management.

I bought a oculus that they swore worked GREAT and had no issues... got home to find it was broken. When I took it back the next day the manager admitted that it was returned for being broken and they had placed on shelf to resale.. if you can't afford their warranty they charge you for. I don't recommend buying from them.. I don't recommend you doing business there at all!!!
