I make sure to stop in at this shop every time I'm in San Antonio. I always have wonderful customer service from both the shop owner and the shop cats, one of whom has been my "sales cat" for at least 12 years!

The store is adorable and Patty was amazing. My 6yo daughter picked out some beaded dangly earrings, but was nervous about it pinching when I put them in. She happily sat on Patty’s lap while Patty talked her through what she was doing and the earrings were in her ears in no time. Also, Midnight and Daylight (cats)
were a highlight for our son. Thank you.

The owner was incredibly rude. We went in the store around 5:40 (the open sign was on the door). After walking around the store for five minutes and admiring the cute trinkets, she said to me, “the store is closed. They left the door open, but I’m closed.” And she proceeded to kick me out. Guess I won’t be buying a souvenir from here!

Laughing at the reviews because I thought the lady was very rude as well. But she did have some cute stuff! I bought a little basket for only $16. She had a bunch of stuff unpacked in the corner I wanted to see but didn't bother asking. Maybe she was having a bad day, I would still visit again!

Place of artisans, coffee, small restaurants, a warm atmosphere, there are always things to see and do, it has outdoor spaces where activities for all ages are oriented, very close to the Rover walk

The shop owner was rude to me, a Mexican-American, but very kind to her two white customers. And my only interaction with her was to ask for her cute cats' names! Ironic for a shop that sells artisan goods from Mexico. I only give a review to warn others (the cats were still cute though)...

The woman who owns this place is so nice! She knew where all of the products came from, and told little stories about their makers. Definitely is a very nice small business. And the souvenirs we got were awesome!

I went in while leaving my scooter outside. The man watching the store offered to take me in his car to my hotel where there is a fed ex. I just said I’d come back after 1pm to buy the lamps with Patricia the owner. I came by and she was obviously in a sour mood. I asked to buy the lamps and she seemed she didn’t want to sell. I mentioned the man and she said I was lying because he just has a bicycle. I asked to buy the lamp and she refused. She asked me to leave pushed me out and then closed the door and put the closed sign. Before she closed the door I said I guess I’d leave a review she told me to go to hell and she’d reply. I said I guess I’ll see you there and she responds that she’s already there. I guess. Anyway it would have been all three talavera lamps which were about a 400 plus sale in a cheap store. Well, take your chances. They have nice things but the owner is psychotic. I feel very sorry for her and her family and am idly curious for the scathing reply she promised.

Visited the shop on Monday, and being totally honest, I was having a bit of a bad day. The lady behind the counter, Patti, was a breath of fresh air, and sent the blues running for cover. A beautiful lady, in an incredible shop, who just could not do enough for us, including giving hugs to those that needed them.A visit to this store is a must if you are taking the River Walk in San Antonio. If I am ever fortunate enough to pass that way again, a visit is guaranteed.

Lovely shop owner! Such great souvenirs and great selection. The owner asks that you do not take photos which is perfectly reasonable for handmade art.

I LOVED this shop. Such beautiful pieces and most items are handmade in Mexico. The staff was great. The gentleman told me all about one of their artists and the owner was very kind and generous when I needed to exchange an item. I would have bought the whole store!
