On Sunday morning, I decided to take my family of 4 to try their breakfast after seeing their IG Post. I asked on their post if we needed a reservation and no response. So, we decided to go and by the time 11am (time they open) we'd check in through online. Online said they had no wait time, but when we got there was a line. They were only taking reservations and if the people that reserved weren't there by 1115am they would take a few people on the list they had. The lady in charge of taking names needs training. We asked to be put on the list and said they were only taking reservations that she isn't in charge of no one answering on social media, Google wait list, and answering the phones. Her response was pretty scripted meaning that's a common issue this restaurant has and seems they have no knowing how to fix it. She was basically cleaning her hands and placing the blame on someone other than her. Her recommendation was to go in the day before and place a reservations. You're charging people $30 per person to eat here and this is the experience you're giving people. What about tourist that want to visit your restaurant? People that don't live close by to go in to make a reservation. That is a horrible recommendation or not sure if that's your only solution. That experience alone had me walking. It's just not worth the hassle.

My wife and I enjoyed our time here for the Sunday brunch buffet it was an amazing experience and atmosphere! The bar staff were super friendly!! The food was all good especially the menudo! And the desserts are all delicious! Me and the wife will definitely be back as this is a spot for big parties as well

Unfortunately, I can’t rate their food or drinks. I had the displeasure of waiting almost 45 minutes to be told by the hostess that the seating is catered more to parties of 4 or more. I wanted to give this place my business since I love brunches places but I guess service for 2 isn’t possible here at Casa Hernan. Oh wait the hostess said when they have a couple they sit them at the bar.

The atmosphere is 10000000/10. I walked in here for the first time about 2 years ago after eating at a restaurant across the street. From the outside, Casa Hernan is subtle, apart from the large metal sign. When you walk in…wow. There are so many unique pieces. I spent hours in here just finding new things to look at. During the day it’s a restaurant and at night it’s a bar/club. I’ve been during both times and it’s a great place any time.

Absolutely exquisite architecture and decor, authentic cuisine and top notch friendly staff. The unique features like the tree in the middle of the restaurant, the giant gorgeous candelabra altar, the cultural masks and intricate carved wood and sculptures make this place a departure from the norm in the best of ways. This is the perfect place for date night, brunch, and special occasions. I will definitely be back.

Been wanting to try it so decided to take my parents here for Sunday Brunch. My parents did enjoy the food, but were embarrassed to go for a second plate because the set up was quite odd. All the tables were in the back and the food was way up front by the main door. For $35.00 a person before drinks, I was expecting to see more than 6 things on the buffet. The music was loud and we resorted to hand signals with the waitstaff. I will say the service was good. They honestly were the reason for the 3 stars. Skip the brunch, maybe come when they have the dinner menu.

I attended a couple of Hispanic chamber events here and decided to come back and try the food and drinks, I was not disappointed. The atmosphere is amazing the food is awesome, I highly recommend this restaurant.
