This pharmacy sucks. The staff is rude. After waiting in line at the drive through for my prescription they had me drive around and come back through the line to get my medication. Why?!?!

Terrible service. Doesn't matter if you are early for an appointment they make you wait. They refill prescriptions you don't want/need, don't bother checking prior authorizations and don't want to fill things that don't make them money. They are chronically understaffed and rude.

I'm just as surprised as you are for a 5 star review, I feel that lately Walgreens customer service has been slacking. BUT let me tell you, I came through the drive through to pickup medicine & the lady that helped me out on Saturday 1/14 was AMAZING.I had my 2 small dogs with me and she was the first person to ever offer little treats for them. I know this is something so small but it made me feel so great. I usually do not come to this location but I might just start because of her. I wish I remembered her name but she was younger woman with brown hair.

Fui por 3 productos en liquidación y simplemente el ma agüeve de nombre Adrián con una actitud muy ruda no me los quiso vender,no ise drama pero me sentí un poco discriminado por su actitud desde un principio,es una lástima que tengan manager así en esta tienda.

CVS billed my insurance without giving me my medication. Walgreens talked to cvs twice and my insurance to allow me to leave with my prescription in hand. And some peeps and candy Easter eggs!! Thank you to Carrie for going that extra mile!!!

There are so many other good pharmacies in the area that are much better and easier to deal with. I would not recommend this pharmacy to my worst enemy. I was given a prescription 5 days ago. I was told they were having computer difficulties and that it would be available the next day. I said ok no problem and called the next day. A clerk named Ashley was very rude and short with me and told me they did not receive that script and that I should call my provider which I did. My provider had already sent the script so when I called back Ashley was very short and put out and finally asked her supervisor who confirmed they had the script. They then informed me they did not have enough of my prescription but they assured I would on Monday. When I called on Monday I was on hold for 45 minutes and then said they didn't not have my prescription and when I asked for the supervisor, the supervisor said they had my script but just not enough. At this point I had to accept a lesser amount than my doctor prescribed. I would absolutely not use this pharmacy whatsoever. I have never left a review before but I did not want anyone else to experience what I did. The staff was rude and short and they did not provide truthful information.

Had an appointment for a booster shot, filled out the paperwork online, one person in front of me and 40 minutes later still waiting. People in the pharmacy are not very customer service oriented either as they act like everyone here(and now there is a back up of 6 people) are bothering them for even being here. People are milling around everywhere with no clear process in place for handling the group here. Should have gone to CVS where I got the first two. Lines and process were much smoother and I actually got seen at my appointment time.

This is the second time they've screwed up my meds and the freaking window attendant was like drive around, there's someone behind you! Well they need to wait just like I did! I wouldn't be here AGAIN if you didn't screw it up the first time! If I could rate them a ZERO I would! The girl with the long, dark hair needs a training in people skills!!!!!

I had an amazing experience with getting the COVID-19 vaccine. Teresa and Katie ( the doctors ) who gave be the two doses did an amazing job and I recommend getting my vaccine there for anyone who's skeptical of getting the vaccine.

As I frequent this location there's a young employee Mason, if he's not chasing after young female employees he's harassing the front cashier. One of the managers addressed the front cashier asking to notice the products left behind the shift before, report them to the Shift Manager, & proceeded to put them all in their places while assisting customers. The Shift Manager went about their business. The employee Mason then begin kicking a basket of products telling the front cashier they need to put them away right then. On another occasion the employee Mason proceeds to place himself in with the front cashers transactions, after a manager assisted with the the customer. The front cashier doesn't seem to have an employee T-shirt, from what I understand this front cashier tends to hang it up where they would hang their coats sweaters etc., that indicates that there's theft in this location. Mason assaults the front cashier jerking a receipt out of the cashiers hand, putting himself between the cashier & the cashier register saying, "I, will complete this transaction." Mason then proceeded to raise his voice unpleasantly to the front cashier, stating that the cashier missed some product, did not show up on the receipt. "Mason proceeded to raise his voice unpleasantly stating that there are multiple, errors the front cashier was having in transactions." This is all happening in front of customers as the front cashier is serving the public. The public doesn't walk into this location to witness harassment between an employee targeting a coworker. What I witnessed was all the other employees just staring, & witnessing, absolutely no other employee showed any professionalism intervention, as though it was entertainment unprofessional. this location is a hot mess. Bless their hearts.

Pharmacy drive-thru attendants are not helpful, friendly or courteous. Also, there is always an extremely long wait.
