If i could rate lower i would. I bought a truck from these guys for $2,700 on a wendsday and the clutch blew up on Saturday the same week. Not only did the clutch blow up but the slave cylinder mount broke off from the transmission bellhousing. Now im looking at a transmission swap, a new clutch kit , and new slave cylinder. I caled them after labor day weekend and have been avoiding me. DO NOT buy a car here.

Imagine calling before hand, scheduling and confirming interest in a car and driving there to realize they are closed. What type of joke operation runs like that, completely unacceptable and ridiculous. Asked if they were open, arrived 1 hour before the supposed close time, safe to say I won’t be doing business with people who can’t even keep their word for a simple pp ointment.

I purchased a car from this company turned out to be a lemon after having the car for a week or 2 it started leaking oil and jerking really bad. I was grateful that they didn’t take my money and let me purchase another vehicle. I Did not have issues with this company until today. I contacted them back in October of 2023 due to my pay schedule being changed to every other Wednesday. I didn’t want to continue to call and make arrangements so I called to see what could be done. it was told to me that they had to get an approval from Mrs. Becky and see if it could be done. I sat on hold for a few mins finally someone came on the phone and stated that was fine moving forward. Several months have passed and I been paying consistently on Thursdays with NO ISSUES. I call today with my mother (car is in her name) and tried to explain that I would drop my payment off tomorrow since I was getting off work late and they would be closed MS. BECKY PROCEEDED TO bring up the contract and say that we are in collections due to me not paying on time would not let us talk and MADE US FEEL EXTREMELY DUMB. My mom asked her several times why was she not contacted about the payments being made on Thursdays if it was an “ issue now “ and to be honest if I wouldn’t have did a curtesy called it wouldn’t have BEEN BROUGHT UP AT ALL. She never once answered my mom instead she continued to talk over her, told us technically she can tow the car for being 2 days late and played victim. I knew she was a problem when we purchased the car her attitude towards ppl is ugly and condescending. Even when I purchased the 2nd car from them it was told that they would have a mechanic Look at it once he was off vacation since I purchased the car the same exact day they received the car NEVER ONCE DID WE GET A CALL FOR THE MECHANIC TO LOOK AT THE CAR BUT, blew us up to put a tracker on the car. I never once made a big deal about it. I just took the car and paid a little over 700 dollars to fix the multiple issues that was on the car. If you are looking to purchase a car please please please do your research if it wasn’t for my mother. I definitely would of took my money and business elsewhere. I can understand if I was EXTREMELY LATE OR BEHIND but no I communicated with them prior and been making my payments on THURSDAYS every 2 weeks. The way this lady made me feel today lets me know exactly why ppl go off on her. It’s a very bad look for the company and hopefully they can fix this problem. I have recommended ppl here but unfortunately I won’t be doing that anymore and hope I can pay this car off and be completely done. Sucks that one bad apple can ruin it for all.

Bad customer serviceMaking payments are very inconvenientReally not happy with how they run their business. It seems it's all about them and not the putting the customers needs before theirs. Will never do business with them again and I have nothing good to say about this company

It's nice to meet people like Steve and Trevino who have integrity. I've dealt with used car lots before and I have to say they are honest and obviously believe in their word. I would totally refer people to them.

Dont buy anything from Sales man Trevino he was caught changing prices from 799 then when call to say will purchase said they can change there prices then was disrespectful to me and family with racist comments.

I’ll never EVER send anyone else to them . They want their payments but never want to help when there’s a problem with the car . Don’t have loan cars for you to use . Becky is very rude do not allow you to get your questions out. My friend car broke down here several times they don’t help but cry about a car note payment . Do not waste your time or energy with these people . I will never purchase anything with them again . They don’t try and work with you at all. I referred them two people and they won’t give me my credit for it. They unorganized and disrespectful. I call and no one picked up had my mother call and she gives Becky all the information but couldn’t do the same for me and then told her to let me know not to call no more . But if i was to not pay that car note they be upset blowing my phone up . NEED TO BE REPORTED TO KSAT12
