My computer randomly turned off and wouldn’t turn back no matter what I did. The power button light was on but as I said the computer wouldn’t turn on. I came in and Seth literally fixed it within 5-10min.

I had trouble with my laptop booting up and I came in and Seth helped me out and took care of it in about an hour. I highly recommend coming here if you have any problems with your computer. Very nice, professional, and knowledgeable I will definitely be back if I need help again!!!!

I had the issue of my lenovo laptop being stuck in sleep mode and not being able to turn on despite the power button blinking. Seth, who works there, was able to understand my issue very quickly and was very thorough about it. Seth deserves a promotion

The tech store is an excellent resource for students! My daughter and I bought a Dell laptop for her. The salesman was very helpful and friendly. We ran into a minor issue that needed repairing under warranty and Javier was a great help getting us through the process. I recommend this store for your time at UTSA!

Excellent knowledgeable staff. I needed to transfer music from my old MacBook Pro and they figured it out. The music was not downloaded from ITunes and would not sync. They are awesome.

Chill place, chill people, play league on the computer if you want, just dont get scared by the coffee on the laptop. It's fake.
