I purchased 640 sq. Of pine shiplap for two areas. The piece of shiplap that I saw in the office was nothing like I got. I was only able to use half of the wood on my walls. The other half the carpenter couldn't use ! Very disappointment !

Been here multiple times to buy 1st grade wood for a homeowner. The staff is helpful and the prices are competitive and in many cases, better than the box stores.

Called to confirm they had the Hardie smooth soffit board in stock, repeated three separate times that I needed smooth soffit, not cedar mill to make sure I did not waste time driving to Campbell. I drove across town to pick up, and was told they did not have smooth in stock, only cedar mill. When I complained that they need to listen to the customer better, I was told, "it's a common mistake sir". Bad customer service and poor attitude. Avoid this place.

I'm a contractor and real estate investor, and I've been so grateful for Campbell lumber when I needed some specialty lumber items that were for historic houses--wood shake siding--and large pieces of cedar to wrap a soffit for retrofit HVAC ducting. I also recently uncovered 96-yr-old shiplap in a house east of downtown that was originally from Campbell Lumber!

Little rough around the edges and aren't going to win any customer service awards but are the cheapest in town and good selection for general wood projects.

Unless you're a professional, I wouldn't bother. I called trying to get pricing on some materials. The person I spoke with was hurried, unhelpful, and when I didn't understand what they were asking and asked if they could explain, they laughed.
