We had our older daughter here for about 2 years and our younger daughter for about 6 months, just during my busiest season with work. I loved our experiences with both girls. Our older daughter was always happy to be here and the teachers were all great! I nearly cried on her last day of PreK here because of what a positive experience it was. They were great about communicating through the app they use as well as sending emails and letting us know immediately if anything had happened during the day with the kids. I would get pictures of my daughter pretty much every day at school which I loved to see!!! I definitely feel like they did a great job with education. I also loved that they would do so many family events and special snack time or breakfast days for parents/grandparents to go spend some time in the school with the kids. Water days in the summer were something my kids would look forward to. Overall I loved this school for my daughters and happy we chose it!

I called multiple times and no one ever answered the line. I input my information online for a possible tour but no one ever responded to that either. I randomly got a text message asking if I was okay with communicating about the daycare program through text. I said yes and asked a question and then never received a reply. Cadence Academy doesn’t seem to have the proper staff or etiquette to respond back to parents, so it seems I may have dodged a bullet when choosing daycares. I can only imagine what communication would be like if my child was attending there and there was an actual emergency.

We love Cadence Academy, we couldn't be more thrilled with our choice. The caregivers are fantastic with the little ones and make me feel completely at ease when I drop off my baby. I can see the joy and curiosity in my child's eyes when I pick them up, which tells me he's having a great time. The facility is clean and baby-proofed, ensuring their safety. The regular updates and communication from the staff are much appreciated. I'm so glad we found this place – it's been a wonderful experience for our family."

Cadence academy Wildhorse is a wonderful place to work, I’ve worked here for about 5 months and the faculty is so loving and caring. We work hard to assure every parent that their child is our number one priority, the classrooms are well kept, clean and organized. I recommend our care to all my friends and family with young children

Thank you Cadence Academy for being an exceptional preschool/daycare for our little one! I feel safe and comfortable dropping her off and know she is in good hands. The attention to personalized detail to make sure our daughter is taken care of in the way she needs to be is not taken for granted. Thank you for genuinely caring for her, being adaptable, and for providing good communication while she is there.

Our daughter (toddler) only attended for a few months while we waited to get into a daycare closer to home, but the care she received was great. Ms. Jennifer, Ms. Gabriella, and Ms. Roxie were fantastic. Our daughter grew to enjoy the classroom and it made drop off so much easier when she went into the arms of someone who truly cared for her. They threw her a party on her last day and you can tell how much they loved her by how emotional her last day was for them. Thank you to Cadence and especially to the 3 teachers I mentioned by name!

We couldn’t be more happy Cadence Academy Preschool. It truly is a hidden gem and would recommend this preschool to family and friends. Everyone is just wonderful :) very communicative directors thank you Misty and Liz who make sure we are in the loop of everything that is happening with your little one. Thank you Ms. Shelia and Ms. Mary Anne for being such and amazing energetic and positive teachers.We appreciate you all and everything you do for our little ones.

My child attended the wildhorse location for 4 days and it was enough for me to notice the lack of care there really was. You’re supposed to use the key pad to enter the center but many times during peak hours of drop off/pick up, someone will hold the door open for you and you can easily walk in. I’m a new face and no one confirmed my ID. I even stood directly in front of the desk for a minute, and the staff didn’t notice I was there. That was very alarming!! My child is new to daycare and I understand it takes time to adjust. They use an app that updates parents of the child’s diaper changes, meals etc. it showed he ate all his food, but when I’d pick him up, they said he hardly ate and instead they check the box for all the kids the same thing. I asked to specifically mark how much food he’s eating. The teachers showed me a cabinet of extra snacks they have and told me I can bring extra snacks as well for my child. When I asked if he ate his extra snacks? the teacher directly told me she forgot to give it to him. When I’d pick him up, he would be extremely hungry and thirsty. On the 3rd day my child attended, they called and said my child is running a 102 fever. I immediately picked him up and checked him. He had a 99 temp. Huge relief but it’s a red flag on how they handled this situation. The day I decided to withdraw him was when I walked in and the teacher was sitting in the rocking chair with my child on her lap. He looked like he just finished crying. There was another child on the floor crying heavy. Not because he was hurt, but looked like he just needed comfort. The teacher wasn’t engaging with the 3 kids she had left or even attended to the crying child. My heart was breaking, hoping that child’s parent will be coming soon. The child crying, could’ve easily been my child as well and the teacher wasn’t doing anything. The teacher wasn’t playing music, or interacting with the kids at all. She was simply sitting in a chair just watching them. My child was only there 4 days total and everyday he looked traumatized and there was something I didn’t like daily but I gave some time thinking the next day will be better. He attended the toddler classroom. I filled out a survey and requested a callback, and no one has called me at all. The center recommends a two week notice to withdraw but since I withdrew my child immediately, they’re still attempting to charge me for the full two weeks. I again called and was told the director was out of the office but will leave a message. Still no return callback and yet I’m getting the emails of an attempted payment. Paying $238/week for PART TIME care is not worth it to me. Side note: the room size is too small for the young toddlers walking around and was really warm. My child would have red cheeks and I didn’t notice it was the classroom until we got home and he would feel better.The previous reviews for this center are positive but this is simply my experience and I used my mother intuition to no longer have my child attend especially since he’s a young toddler who can’t tell me how his day was and the cameras in the classroom are not for the parents to view.
