That place nasty their was died fly on the floor around the window on the table and I was eating inside the lobby I would not eat there again and also people was eating in the lobby and none of employees come and clean up the lobby I have to ask them to come and wipe down table they should be a shame of the self

A busy restaurant on a early Sunday evening...Service was good...not to long of a wait...Chicken strips are good, gravy was tasty...my side items are good...over a good experience...

This place is a joke. They really need to have the prices on the board. The drive thru staff just takes your card inside without giving you a total then doesn’t bring out your card until your food comes out.MAKE SURE YOU GET A RECEIPT so you know what exactly what you’re being charged!Staff is so unprofessional too. And tacky. Do better.

0 Stars ! Waited for awhile to get my order taken and employees along with the general manager standing and talking … they were getting everyone’s order from drive through and had us waiting until we decided to leave ! They not once said they would be right with us!!! Trash service for sure !

Zero stars... I left my house just to sit in their drive through lanes for 30 minutes, just to be forgotten about. I went there at 9:40 & ordered 2 meals and a gallon of sweet tea.. Paid 30.11 towards a meal that totaled 27.11 & waited for my change and order. Every other vehicle around me came and left. I could see the guy that took my order inside playing around through the window. At closing time one employee opened the window and asked what I was waiting for. I told him that I was waiting for my order and how they forgot about me. The one employee who took my order suddenly remembered when they were asking who was helping me and came out with my order incomplete. I expressed my frustration and asked to speak to the manager. He said the manager won't do anything to make it right except to refund your money. The manager never got involved. I said I'll take the refund, so they collected the order and returned me 25 dollars and change. I handed him the money and demand the correct money back, explaining that I never received my change back in the first place. They finally gave me back 30 dollars even. By the time I left it was 9:11. They close at 9pm. I requested the managers number & was finally met by the manager Mr richard. He just ran out & handed me a paper with a phone number & a name & said that's the manager call her, and ran back inside. This is the second time that I've been here & have had the same experience where they forgot about me. I will not be giving this place my business again, & will share my experience with family and friends. They clearly don't mind losing customers.

Drive thru takes 10 plus min just to order even though they are not busy. I got boxed in by the second line and could not drive off.

Seriously I guess the girl in the drive thru isn’t paying attention to the 2nd drive through lane and was only taking orders for the 1st lane. We literally saw the car in front of us leave. Then we saw that little girl still not taking orders from the 2nd lane, and completely skipped us and took the order from the car in the 1st lane even though they got there’s 2 cars after us and we told her we were next. Laziness at its finest.

During those Tuesdays special don't expect to get fast service. I dined in and wasnt interested in the special but the wait was long. The staff was actually servicing I customer at a time. So when their chicken wasn't ready the other customers couldn't order until that first customer got their complete service with meal.Parking: It's free

Absolutely the worst customer service ever.I have never ever been assisted in a bush's establishment the manager Richard whom is supposed to be the example was lacking as well as the employees .. NO ONE INCLUDING HIM ACKNOWLEDGED ME AT THE REGISTER I WAS IGNORED COMPLETELY INSIDE AND NONE OF THE LESS ALSO AT THE DRIVE THRU FOR 13 min while there was about 7 if not 8 employees inside .. MANAGEMENT HAS TO DO BETTER!!!!! No stars from me !! I was forced to put 1 ...what a shame

Why do they have two lanes and if they don’t monitor both? I watched two people who got there after me get their orders taken, and when the worker was about to go to the third person , I let him know I had gotten there before all those people and he proceeded to go to the third person instead of taking my order. Please stop hiring lazy people who don’t care about their jobs or customers. 0/5 if I could!

Waiting in line for quite some time did not even get acknowledged by the people walking out to take my order. They went to all other vehicles and just looked at me, absolutely unprofessional, and will not use again and will tell everybody I can not come here.
