Absolutely love this franchise corporation love their customer service love the way they treat their people love the way that their employees are always friendly and helpful absolutely love the job that their car wash does would not trade my bubble bath subscription for any other car wash in this world!!!

This place is more expensive than most, but they do not do as well at cleaning the windshield and taking proper care of the mirrors.

Not the best location. The car wash consistently leaves soap on my car. I’ve told them about it but nothing changes. The blow dryers at the end of the tunnel should not be trying to blow off soap.

This is the worst care wash ive ever been to,paid 25 for the top wash ,the guy there was not paying attention talking an laughing with a another uy while directing me forward ,...started wash car got off track due to his lack of attention ,he stopped wash told me to roll down my window ,smacked in face with wet brush ,and im dressed up about to go on date ,told me to drive forward restarted wash and so i missed half my wash ,with no apologies or drive again or anything ,pretty dang pissed ,get new workers!!!!!!

At the San Pedro location, it is constant recently within the past month or more, that there isn’t any tire shine on my vehicle even though I have been a ceramic member for a couple of year's now. In addition they don’t pre scrub the front and back windows as they used to, instead, they stand on the driver’s side with a pressure hose and rinse one side, not helpful at all. Want the old service and quality back.

After I went through the car wash, one of the employees noticed that there was a spot that was missed on the side of my car (I didn’t notice). He offered to let me go through the car wash again. Excellent service and honest employees!
