Totally agree with Tammy wonderful team. I'm going on my second year previous management was not very helpful at all. Love what they've accomplished with in the short time. We have kids so safety is a big thing once they found out who was causing the issues it was taking care of. So thank you Broadway Oaks Team for making the changes.
I’m still in the area not at the complex but just down the street. Seems like they went right back to the old ways. We moved into the houses 5 years ago and the apartments have gone down hill with the people they allowed in

First I’ll start off and say, I’ve been living here since May 2020. Broadway oaks used to be under different management back then. The management sucked back then but the community wasn’t so bad (neighbors) Now fast forward to October 2024, I’ve lived now in 3 different units because I first started with 2/1 then I got a 2/2 and now I’m currently living in the 3/2 unit. Management and maintenance is better now, maintenance request get done in a timely manner and the people in the office do listen to my concerns for the most part. HOWEVER, the community itself has gone so downhill. My neighbors are a complete nightmare now. All these people started moving in (mostly men) they all live together and have multiple vehicles. It’s harder to find parking now. They drink beer and are super loud. There’s more dogs running loose now because they don’t use leashes. My neighbors are dirty and leave their trash out all day which accumulates insects. It’s a nightmare for me now when I never used to have this issue before. Men stay out drinking in the pavilions at night or they huddle in corners and it’s no help that the maintenance men themselves are among some of those men. I one time saw a guy peeing outside. Front office said for me just to call police and they couldn’t really do much about that. I did report the dogs being without a leash and they addressed that, which has gotten better. But due to the amount of men living all together, walking around, dirty neighbors, and loud music at night, I think this is my last year living here.

In the 7 months I've lived here.We keep getting charged full price for water but 3 to 4 times a month.The water is turned off for 2 to 3 hours at a time.But we're still expected to pay full price for water

Awesome place to live, I've lived here for almost 3 years and the office is amazing. I do I do feel that management and office staff do care about their residents. Work orders are done in a timely manner. Constantly seeing improvements to the property. Great place to live.

Can't complaint! Staff is helpful and never had a problem with them. I love how spacious is my apartment, I am happy to live here with my family.

Good departments, everyone smiles because the maintenance staff always attend at all times, the administration staff is very friendly, although they are a little old, they are always working
I give it 4 stars because the only bad thing is that there are an excess of stray cats that throw garbage, get into cars and scratch the paint on cars because they walk on the awnings, well, if you don't mind the excess of cats, apartments are good places to live

We finally found our home sweet home. The staff are very friendly and we have never had any issues with maintenance requests. They complete it in a timely manner. The amenities are great and the pool is almost ready for use!! Thank you Tony and Crystal..! :)

This place should be careful who they rented to. Andrea O’Donnell has moved from Spanish oaks to here. This person lives in bldg 8 she is not a good tenant she will destroy the apt. She is a bully she is all over social media about these apts being the worst place to live, she complains constantly about her upstairs neighbors. She is on section 8 abuses the program husband works no kids gets food stamps. This is a crime she shoplifts from local stores and sells the stolen items. Beware stay away!!

I'm happy living here, things are getting fixed, they clean the property, they monitor, and the property has never been more quiet, this new team with Tony has been on top of things they even send us messages right away for emergencies and stuff, and maintenance guys are on top of it cause laundry rooms are clean and the work orders I had get completed in a day or two.
