Bright Ideas has been such an amazing school for my daughter. Every teachers from infants to the Kinders are met with love and compassion. The teachers have always worked so well to make sure each child meets or exceeds their milestones. Maria has made some of her life long friends at this school and I couldn’t be more thankful for the amount of love every teacher shows every kid.

My daughter has been thriving at Bright Ideas since she was 5 months old. She goes in happily every morning and comes home happy in the evening with lots of stories about her day with her friends. She absolutely adores her teachers. The staff all know her well and clearly love her and all the kids at Bright Ideas. It is such a relief to know that she's being well loved and well taken care of here. Such a hidden gem! I would (and do) recommend them to everyone I know!

Our child has attended daycare here for almost 5 years and it's been a great experience. They helped with potty training and have been wonderful with getting them ready for kindergarten in the big kid's school (as our child calls it).We were really stressed and lamented about leaving our child when they were so young. We toured many other daycares and never felt comfortable until we walked into Bright Ideas. We're thankful for the experience with the Bright Ideas.

As a very selective mom, entrusting my 5 year old son to Bright Ideas Daycare since he was two has been a decision I continue to stand by wholeheartedly. The level of care, attention, and educational engagement provided by the staff has consistently exceeded my discerning expectations. Now, as they welcome my 11-month-old, I remain confident in their ability to provide a nurturing and secure environment. The most caring, attentive caregivers you could hope for. Happy we found them after my own friends attended about 30 years ago and kept in contact then sent their children. So many of the employees have worked for 10, 20, or 30 years. All of the teachers say good morning to my kids by name and the sense of community with events like the Christmas program make it feel like even more than a daycare.

This is an amazing day care / pre k school. Both of my children went there since they were infants. They have amazing teachers and really dedicated themselves to help my children at every stage. They even provided me with excellent advise on how to steer my children away from negative behaviors.Bright ideas has the BEST playground area in San Antonio with real grass and trees on a HUGE lot. They offer dance, gymnastics, and even swim lessons during the summer.Every issue that ever came up was addressed in an extremely professional manor and the lines of communication are always open. They really emphasize on the importance of kindness, respectfulness, and as the children get older they teach them how to make good choices for themselves and others around them.They are a private day care; family owned and operated for decades but somehow manage to give the best rates on the Northside / Medical Center area. There is never a bad odor in the building and they are extremely sanitary which is a HUGE deal for me.There is very little turn over on teachers so you always know who is taking care of your babies. Some of the teachers went there when they were little. It feels like a big family at Bright Ideas.If you are looking for more than just a day care, I absolutely recommend them. I am actually sad that my kids are too old to attend anymore.

My daughter has gone to Bright Ideas for a couple of years. Everyone is very welcoming and makes you truly feel like family. The care is amazing, I always knew my daughter was safe and happy. They have an amazing education program also. I got updates with what she was currently learning and what she may need help help. They also offer amazing extra curriculars activities. She is always talking about her teachers and friends here. I recommend this daycare to everyone. We are thankful to be part of the Bright Ideas family.

Our son started at Bright Ideas at nine months old, and we could not be happier with our experience. We were referred by friends that have had an equally wonderful experience. They made it such a smooth and trusting process for us first time parents to transition him to daycare. Ms. Dee Dee gave us such a warm welcoming orientation. The staff is like family and are some of the nicest people I have met here in San Antonio. Our son loves everyone but especially Ms. Priscilla. It was a seamless process when I was sending in breastmilk and they helped transition him to a sippy cup, whole milk, and some new foods/snacks based on our requests. We enjoy receiving all the pictures, artwork, and party favors from the fun events they host for the kids. He picks up new skills each week from all the activities they incorporate into the day. The Bright Ideas staff is amazing!

Pros: they helped my son with potty training and had plenty of activities for him to do and events for him to participate inCons: he seemed very timid to go every now and then, timid to talk to one of their employees, and i did read a bad review on yelp from a former employee that made us decide to pull him from this location

My daughter started daycare at Bright Ideas almost 4 years ago when she was 3 months old. We had toured many many daycares in the area but Bright Ideas was the only daycare with an infant room staffed with people who looked happy to be at work! So we picked them and I'm so so glad that we did. We hit the daycare lottery with this place! Anna Marie, the owner is kind, knowledgeable and responsive to every neurotic question that a first time mom might have. Every classroom, teacher and stage that my daughter has transitioned to has been better than the next. She has learned so much and developed at a pace that is true to her. We are so grateful for the experience that we had at Bright Ideas!

What can I say about Bright Ideas? They are amazing and my son loved being with them. He was always so happy when we picked him up. He loves Mr. Rays spaghetti. When we were pregnant with my 2nd son they let me keep my oldest home until I was ready to have him return. They have always put safety first especially when the pandemic started. They changed drop off and pick up protocols due to COVID but informed us ahead of time. They kept you informed of changes , closures, and they post announcements outside. They have the inside of the building decorated all year depending on the season/holiday and I miss seeing that everyday. I’m now looking to go back to work and think of them first for my 14 month old. I’m just sad I didn’t find them sooner. Y’all are amazing!!

We have had the pleasure of going to Bright Ideas for about 7 years. Both of my girls started when they were 3 months old and the one and only reason we left was because we moved and I switched jobs. Otherwise, we would be there through my youngest completing kinder, just like my older one. The staff is absolutely wonderful, caring, nurturing, fun, and positive in all ways. They help the kids learn through fun activities like singing, reading books, and flash cards and they go outside for play time twice a day. In the summer they even have swimming, which my oldest absolutely loved! I love how they teach good manners, respect, and the basic early learning skills but still let them have plenty of free time to just be kids and play. I can't say enough wonderful things about everyone at Bright Ideas! I love them and would recommend them hands down to anyone!

This is one of the best daycares in San Antonio. I have had the pleasure of working with the owner for many years doing the gymnastics program inside their facility and I can honestly say they are very professional and some of the most amazing and loyal employees in the city. Some of the teachers have been there for 15+ years. I would highly recommend this daycare facility to anyone in San Antonio. They are all very professional and will always take very good care of the kiddos.
