“If I could give 20 stars I would! Not only is Van an incredible dress designer and seamstress, but she is such a kind person who truly loves what she does! I was referred to her by a friend after having a terrible experience with the seamstress from my dress shop. Luckily I trusted my gut that something wasn't right and picked up my dress before they started cutting. Going to Bridal Perfect was one of the best decisions I made during wedding planning.
Van knew exactly what I needed done without me having to tell her so I knew right away I could trust her and this was no easy task! My dress was beaded head to toe. This was one of my favorite bridal experiences and was so stress free!
She is the best in town and I will be going back for all my future alterations Thank you so much Van, you made my wedding day so special!”

“I took a Brietling watch to Lee Michael’s La Cantera store for battery replacement. Despite this being a small service item, I was met by Emily, and was treated as if I was the most important customer of the day. She was friendly, helpful, professional and arranged for the service. The watch was promised back in 3 to 5 days and it was repaired and ready in that time. At pick up, again staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. What a great feeling to go in for a small item in a high budget store and to be treated as if you were , buying the big items. I’ll be back.”

“We love this store. Having two daughters we drive FOUR hours to shop here. Yesterday, searching for the perfect homecoming dress in a 00. Small sizes are limited in this store. We had a very helpful young lady. She was kind patient and accommodating. There were not many customers in the store as I have seen it packed during prom
Season. Some of the other employees came off a bit smug and less interested to help or even have a conversation. While checking out the cashier was rude as was the short haired employee I asked about a small alteration. I said I would pay extra and seeing as how we drove FOUR hours it seemed plausable. It was way busier last spring and the seamstress was beyond helpful. The girls at the register were just ready to take my money and see us out the door. No help!
Also, for the amount of money being spent, get better bags. Get plastic zip bags!
But thank you to the young lady that helped my daughter find the perfect dress. I hope the owner know what they have in an employee!”

“We were heading Home from visiting Family in San Antonio and stopped by just to get an idea on a Quince Dress for my Granddaughter. And let me tell you, the Service of Customer Service was so Amazing. We did not know or have an appointment. But they catered to our needs and my granddaughters vision of what her Quince Dress should look like. The first dress she tried , was the one!! She still was offered 2 more to try. But the people there can read the customers desire. They nailed it. I give them 210%. Highly recommended.”
