“I took a Brietling watch to Lee Michael’s La Cantera store for battery replacement. Despite this being a small service item, I was met by Emily, and was treated as if I was the most important customer of the day. She was friendly, helpful, professional and arranged for the service. The watch was promised back in 3 to 5 days and it was repaired and ready in that time. At pick up, again staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. What a great feeling to go in for a small item in a high budget store and to be treated as if you were , buying the big items. I’ll be back.”

“Las Señoras we're very helpful. There were very beautiful designs para las copas del brindis, útiles para el pastel, baptism items , quinceañera, and wedding items. It is a little pricey but worth it.They don't have cups already made so definitely go at least month in advance.”

“We were heading Home from visiting Family in San Antonio and stopped by just to get an idea on a Quince Dress for my Granddaughter. And let me tell you, the Service of Customer Service was so Amazing. We did not know or have an appointment. But they catered to our needs and my granddaughters vision of what her Quince Dress should look like. The first dress she tried , was the one!! She still was offered 2 more to try. But the people there can read the customers desire. They nailed it. I give them 210%. Highly recommended.”
“My girls and I had such a fantastic time shopping for bridesmaid dresses. My friends are beautiful and come in different shapes and sizes, and also live in different parts of the country. So it was wonderful for them to go to their respective store after a weekend we spent all together for them to try the different styles and see what worked for them. The salon is so quaint, the stylists are amazing, and the ordering and portal is so easy to do and use. The fact that they have so many different store fronts all over is really just a dream if your crew does not live in town.”
“I’m leaving this business a 5 star review because of the woman who left a 1 star review because GOOGLES hours didn’t reflect the actual hours for the business. This is grossly unfair to hurt the business ratings because of an error on googles end. That woman needs to leave google a bad review for that, not Claudia’s Bridal. I hope this helps offset that”
