Getting an estimate was easy. Making an appointment was easy. Colin and his team are exceptional. He walked me through what needed to be done on my brakes, setting my expectations. Let me know what needed to be repaired in future.Their facility including bathrooms are clean. Make your appointment for oil change/ brakes and you will be done in a snap.

It’s always a stressful situation when your car needs work especially Brakes.Upon arrival I was immediately acknowledged by the service technician and he assured me that they would inspect and advise on what the issues needed to be addressed. They were professional technicians and the work they did was very thorough and they did everything they needed to do with my car. I was relieved and happy to see that they were doing it right. After they broke down the components they showed me what needed to be done . They recommend and give you options to make the right decisions based on what they inspected. Did not feel pressured and I felt relieved and appreciative.If you need service I recommend this location, they have the best customer service and they truly have the most amazing customer care service I have ever had.Thank youDCService: Brakes

Place does not want to accept responsibility for cross threading my oil pan . Manager calls me and tries to lecture me about his experience in the business. I guess 22 years will teach you how to rip off your customers. Don’t waste your time or money on this place. Only thing they are good for is passing the buck

Come in to get my rear brakes replaced, rotors resurfaced and oil change for a 2 o’clock appointment on my truck. Guy taking my brakes off is just dropping my brake pads 4 feet off the ground. They inspected all brakes and decided that my brake pads are good and rotors Just need to be resurfaced. This takes four hours. I did not leave the shop till 6:05 PM and Did not even get the oil change. Had to come back the next morning because my front brakes which did not even need maintenance to begin with are screeching down the road. These guys are careless, and they need to take a little more pride and professionalism in their work Instead of being on their phones moving around like sloths (mind you there’s no other cars in the shop this morning.) I’ve came here before with previous vehicles, and never had this issue. Brake Check do better!!

Customer service is top notch. Came in as soon as the bay doors were opening and I was greeted with a big smile and happy attitudes! In todays self-centered world, that truly is something!

The team was very honest and professional with me. After trying to get an alignment with GUNN and getting a bunch of extra charges, These guys came through with upfront honesty and expert opinions. I had Eccentric Bolts with me from a lift kit I had installed. They could have tried to get me to have them installed but advised that everything was within spec and with their professional opinion, the truck and i would be fine not installing them. Been going to BC for years and will continue to do so.Service: Wheel alignment

Levi and Shawn are amazing they helped me out and were super nice, went in to get my rotors resurfaced and brake pads changed they informed me that my left rear shock was leaking so I got that repaired as well, I can feel the difference in my vehicle it doesn’t vibrate when I brake anymore. They’re also genuine people which is hard to come by now days, highly recommend.

I cant speak for all Brake Checks, but this location is a life saver!! Jared specifically is the best!!! He makes sure the work is done correctly and doesn't rush through a job even when it's the last one of the day so he can go home faster. He explains things well so that I truly understood and was very helpful. Also i must note as many of us have busy scehdules.. they quote accurate times of how long a job will take. Its extremely helpful to plan your day around. They know their stuff here!! Would give 100 stars if I could.Service: Wheel alignment
