My sister took the vehicle in saying it had a sound and lift tire she said it took forever for them just to get to it at a very slow pace when they was no one else there at the time besides my vehicle being checked upon their diagnosis they said she needed both bearings to be replaced she would tell her brother which is me about what type of work needs to be done The job was almost $900 when I got back and took my vehicle to someone much more honest to only thing it needed was brake pads be very careful of what these people are trying to offer you very disappointed that they would try to take advantage of my sister that way I would definitely get a second and opinion becauseit seems like they're just trying to stick it to you And her being a female I guess they thought she would just do it thank God she called me

Alright. The oil change is cheap, that's awesome. That there alone will have me consider this place first. The first time I came here the guy behind the counter was cool. I was skeptical. But took no offense, he was respectful and kind, even admitted that he understands! It's what brought me back the second time. But the second time, which was the last time I stopped by, they tried to pull the "dirty filters" trick on me.. They sprinkle dead brown leaves on my AC filter along with some sticks and whatever they could find and then call me over to say I need to replace it. You couldn't pick that filter up 'by itself' without that stuff blowing off from the wind. Obviously it was put there. Now I'm wondering if the cheap oil change is worth going back for at this location..
Update: well, I pulled in for another oil change. The last time I went, when I wrote this review, I thought I had a free oil change. The guy at the counter said no and that it was my next one. I was confused. I was told that last time. But he said "it'll be half off this time". Whatever, I asked what the price was. Guess what lol it was 2x the amount I paid for the very first time I stopped by!! I was like come on I'm out of here. On the way into the shop, I checked both lanes and pulled in. I parked in some faded lines by the garbage and the entrance from the main road so I started to pull out in the parking lot and change spots. Some guy came in fast as can be from the road into the shop parking lot and honked at me for being in his way from pulling in more. I was like WTH, man I did nothing wrong. I got out and walked to the store and it looked like management, the guy apologized and said he was "already going so fast coming in". I laughed hard, he only apologized cause I parked next to him and was walking in the store.. jeez...

Ignore the positive reviews instead pay attention to negative reviews and go else where, i deeply regret going here I should’ve gone to Firestone or any other reputable place rather than here. I originally took my 2002 Chevrolet suburban for an alignment after noticing the steering wheel would practically be in the three o’ clock position yet still driving straight. Shortly after checking in my suburban was driven onto a lift after nearly an hour of being there I was informed they weren’t able to perform an alignment and handed back my key's the moment I pulled out of the parking lot and pressed the gas to accelerate barely going 20MPH and it suddenly began to wobble severely left and right causing me to nearly hitting other car's and curbs. I ain’t sure what that did to cause this but it sure as hell wasn’t like this prior to them attempting yo service my suburban. I’ve scheduled an appointment at Firestone like I should’ve done the first time.

If I could I would do 0 stars....they work on my front brakes for my work truck ....it was so bad that I was on the road and the tire almost got off from the truck...now they have me waiting to talk to some manager who has not called...if you have the chance to come here don't take it...your life could be in danger with this type of work...

I took my son's vehicle here to get it inspected. They did entire inspection of the vehicle and alerted me of some priority things.They are very knowledgeable and helpful!
