My experience was a good one the customer service was phenomenal, my only complain is I really wasn't satisfied with my purchase only because I really didn't pay attention to the work until I got home and notice it was so small one couldn't even read it and I waisted $75. But rest a sure I won't wait till I get home on stuff like that. Just sad that I'm sure they saw what I saw and didn't say anything, and let me walk out of there store with it not so good work.

I was very amazed of the quick process. I called the day before to ask on embroidery on a certain item that I have bought and was given a price. Went the next day and when I mentioned to the kind worker that I had called the previous day she remembered on what it was. That was amazing because not many businesses would remember. I was able to get the two items embroidered there and then with in a reasonable time. My items came out great and satisfied with the work. Happy customer here. I'll definitely be going again for future projects. Thank you Boss and Cupid's Designs for your quick process.

By far THE BEST place and person to work with if you need items embroidered. They do it all and they sell really cute items in their shop! Kevin, the owner was SO helpful and guided me through the whole process. Not only was he patient, but he cares so much about his work. Before coming in, all of my questions were answered. It couldn't have been any easier. Go here and support local businesses. They work and cater to all of their customers. What a great example for all business around San Antonio to follow! Thank you for your service and dedication to making your customers happy. This won't be my last time.

Great customer service and quality work. They embroidered my great grandson’s name on a Christmas stocking that I am making for him. They were able to do it while I waited.

I went to their shop to get my husband BBQ APRON personalized, I thought drop it off pick it up in 2 days so I thought.. he ask me to wait 10 Mins boom!! DONE! Your place is awesome awesome lively atmosphere fun energetic, you have my return business 5 stars!!

The design came out amazing but when I went to go pick up the shirt I ordered. I received a medium regular T-shirt and I told him it was supposed to be a medium women’s V-neck and that’s what I ordered and that’s what I wanted and all he said was “sorry”instead of saying that we can fix it into to what you ordered & what I paid for. Then says “ I hope you come back and recommend us to friend and family”and still didn’t offer to say we can fixed it to what you paid for. Was frustrated and just left with what I was given .

This wonderful company with advanced techniques, creates great quality embroidery designs at affordable prices. It is absolutely the best company there is for any embroidery needs with excellent customer service.

I went to several embroidery shops and had many concerns, so did not leave my daughter's jiu jitsu GI. When I went to Boss and Cupid's Designs LLC, I was SO impressed. He provided a ruler to confirm measurements on the patch size I wanted. Then we sat at the computer and he created the patch right before my eyes, playing with fonts and colors until I was satisfied. We then walked to the embroidery machine that was INHOUSE and picked the color thread. He keyed in the spool number and the color appeared on the computer screen. The turn around time was typically 14 days, but he kept his word and completed it much, much sooner for my daughter's competition. We will definitely be back for more embroidery. Thank you so much, we couldn't be happier with the final product!
