European Auto Werks has been servicing my cars for a number of years and I have never had an issue with the quality of their work or the cost of their work! I found European Auto Werks by accident....a friend in the MBCA recommended them for work on my 1972 Mercedes 280 SE. The issue was quickly diagnosed and repaired. On my 2003 SL 500, the check engine light came on and I was told by another shop that the repair would cost over $2500...maybe up to $3200, and would take 2 weeks to repair! I didn't tell EAW what the other shop said was wrong with the SL when I brought it into their shop....only that the "Check engine" light was on. EAW said to bring the car down and they would diagnose the problem. Turns out the problem was the gas cap! So a $42 gas cap fixed the $3200 problem and I drove home 30 minutes later. Oh yes, I forgot to mention their professionalism and great customer service. If they are busy they always call you back immediately when you call them to discuss a problem. This is my go-to place as long as I drive a Benz.

One of the guys who who answered was impetuous, curt and impatient and the whole time from the second I said anything tried to rush me off the phone. What a low class boor and unprofessional peasant. I remember the 80s and 90s when people had basic phone etiquette and manners.

I was having trouble with my Mercedes, and it's difficult to find mechanics that work on European cars. Christian went over and beyond to help me. Although I couldn't take my car to his shop, he made a few phone calls, made recommendations, and pointed me in the right direction. He was fast, attentive, and didn't try to rob me of my time and money. Highly recommend!!

I initially gave them one star but now I understand the complex electrical system in my 2006 Mercedes Benz E320 CDI. Mercedes Benz no longer supports that car and it's less than twenty years old.

If you have a Mercedes and don't need your vehicle serviced at dealer due to a warranty issue then this is the place to go! Former service manager at a dealership highly recommended this shop and they are fantastic! They were able to get the needed part and scheduled service following day. When I checked in they saw I had a laptop and offered to let me use their break work to get a few things done while I waited! They were very fast and professional. I won't take the car anywhere else in the future!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH OTHER SHOPS Having a Mercedes corners the market when coming to auto repair and service. And you are often faced with high prices as well as given the run around by a shop because they know your options are limited. After stressing with other shops my wife and i found European auto werks where i worked with Chris. Chris every step of the way kept me in the loop, even had me go in to see the car to back up his findings. He made sure i made a informed decision of the next steps and offered more cost efficient alternatives to the solution in comparison to how most shops do things. What i really loved was that they didn't continue to work on the vehicle until he knew i understood the issue, the solution, the cost, and time. Chris also went out of his way to correct a issue the shop before them had left for us. You can tell they take pride in their work, and a honest mechanic is at times hard to come by sadly but with euro auto you are in good hands with a staff who has integrity and strong customer focus. We saved money and found a trusted service team

This is the place to go for your Mercedes Benz needs when you aren't obligated to use the dealership. All of these guys know exactly what they're doing and would never overcharge. Great work. Great people. Great location (very north central). I have known them for many years and they've helped service 3 different vehicles for me.

I had a great first experience with this place. Chris the owner or manager is SO kind, courteous & professional both on the phone giving honest quotes & in person. Very nice gentleman. And Barbara the office manager is very kind too. They did a great job, fast work for what I needed. I got my battery replaced, new front brakes, and new air filter in my Mercedes C250. Honest service. A++

When you have a owner who works at the Automotive service if you will the atmosphere is different relaxed. I feel at complete ease. The workmanship of BCS IS of excellence I brought my S 500 Mercedes there because I was referred there by Sirianni Automotive(KTSA RADIO 550 AM) Services and I dont regret it one bit. If you want to learn about your German Engineering Vehicle go to the Specialist because this is a the do work on German and I believe Swedish is vehicles. They have the knowledge. If you once again want to know Scott , Mike and Chris will keep you informed and explain it to you. And if Mike, Chris or Scott tell you to buy a certain brand buy it. Remember if you if you can afford to obtain it you can afford to maintain it. Do this you will have your vehicle for many years.

Once again fabulous service. Chris and the mechanic diagnosed an issue we were having with our 2007 mercedes small suv. They knew immediately what was happening, gave me several options and prices. You will talk to or be greeted by the founder (and service writer), Chris. It's evident he cares about you and what your car needs to make it run as a Mercedes should. He makes notes and soon calls explaining what your car needs and exactly how much it will cost. Often he has suggested options that have saved money on parts. They only work on Mercedes, so they have the expertise to fix it right - the first time. I hate it when you have to go back! Never here, in the six years I've been taking our two M-B cars to them. Several times I've been taken into their immaculate shop so Mike, the expert Mercedes technician, can show me how and why a repair was done. I have owned 10 M-B's since 1990. Here and in Austin. This is my favorite shop yet. I highly recommend this honest, dedicated shop for all Mercedes service and repairs. John Harris.
