Tiny shop specializing in Puerto Rican food and other fun items for home sick folks from there (flags, tee shirts, etc) Good mix of stuff. A few ready to eat items as well. I have never left there without buying something.

A lot of things are definitely over priced. I’m giving it 4* because the Sofrito and Recaito sold here is amazing and just like mine so I don’t need to take the time to make it myself. ?❤️

The gentleman and owner of this store have been in business for many years. It has been my experience of his kind and straightforward professionalism. I needed ingredients traveling from the Dominion area and he was willing to wait after business hours so we could purchase what we needed. Great products and for those who know the supply chain industries I would say that prices are fairly priced considering the specific products he carries and the niche market he serves. I hope to see shops like this continue and would rather support them than big-box stores.?? Thank you Sir for your what you do!

If you know, you know. I get that prices are high, but you cannot find a lot of their shelf items in other stores. The owner was super nice and fair. Will be coming here a lot more.

Make sure you have cash do not use credit cards at all or Apple Pay, it was a rough experience for me to pay for stuff as I don't carry cash often.

Very upset - took in my friend to buy pasteles because she really wanted some to share with her family for Christmas. They charged her $35/ dz and were 1/2 the size of what my grandma used to make and sell them them for. Most of the time both my grandma’s only made and gave them away to family and friends because that’s what the holidays were all about. I can not believe how the prices have increased and the products have gotten so darn skimpy. People should really be ashamed of themselves charging so much for virtually next to nothing in return. I really wish I would’ve learned more about traditional cooking and culture when I was younger because I’m truly missing it now. (mind you my hands are small I’m only 4’11”)

Not enough variety of products and prices are outrageous. The produce don't look fresh.
