I absolutely love this store!! Everyone is so helpful and friendly!! I got a text saying my items came in and where at the store. I completely forgot about it. Then at 8:50 I called the store and told them that I needed to pick up the items my husband needed the work boots that I had ordered for work the next day and that I live 10 minutes away. The manager said for me to come on over and to drive careful. I got there and they greeted me friendly and gave me my items!! Thank you so much Bootbarn!!! Love u!!

Terrible experience. The worker stood at the end of the isle and watched me shop. Then when I grabbed a boot she told me not to buy it. I’m not accusing them of anything just saying it was weird. And then a cancer volunteer followed me to my car to tell me about their organization after telling him we’d donate online.

I went to get my first pair of boots here and can not emphasize how great of an experience I had. Mrs. Sherry helped me out and congratulated me and handed me boots endlessly. Until I found the right pair and she offered to put them all back. I will definitely be back soon. Thank you Mrs. Sherry.

The selection is amazing! I love their boots. Employees are friendly and always ready to help, the store is very clean and smells good. The ambiance is relaxing. I was very happy to take my family to this store and can’t wait to purchase some new boots from here!(Check out their belt buckles, way too cool)

Went here to look for my first pair of boots. I was a little anxious and intimidated by the vast selection. Cheri was extremely helpful and educated me and my wife on what to look for in boots and how a new pair of boots should fit. She helped me try on several different sizes and brands of boots till I found the perfect pair in the price range I was looking for.

Went in there with my fiance and son to buy 2 pair of boots 2 cowboy hats and some jeans for our weeding coming up and not one person came up to us and ask if we needed service or help but the and this is going to sound racist but the white people got asked if they needed help they were getting service I'll take my business and money to cavender we're I normally go but I thought I try something different but boy was that the wrong move it's 2023 and this kinda stuff still happens smh and they were not busy at all 3 sales people just standing around walking by smiling but never offered assistance that we actually needed(Me and my family are no way shape or form racist and are very upset with how we were treated )Pic below is my purchase at cavenders 706 with a 10% discount I feel like yall should see what yall missed out on

Wow, what a selection good for the whole family. The only downside side was that the men's size 13 EE boots had to be ordered, but it'll be sent to our home, and they helped is out with that. I'll definitely be going back for more.

This Boot Barn is at U.S. 281 and Bitters. It appears to be the smallest Boot Barn in San Antonio and tends to have less merchandise with sizes sometimes lacking, as in the case of specific jeans I wanted. However, they receive deliveries daily. If there is something you know you want, it might be worthwhile to call ahead.That being said, the sales staff are very friendly and are not pushy. I was greeted no fewer than three times while going through the store. When I asked a question about a pair of jeans, the salesperson was informative. Boot Barn carries boots, jeans and shirts of all the name brands including Wrangler, Levi, Resistol, Ariat and many more.
