Friendly staff and knowledgeable about the western wear and boots. Quick in and out service. I always enjoy my time there, such an abundance of choices....just not enough $$$ lol.....great store.

It's a western store. Not much clothing variety. Think they could use a different buyer. A few nice pieces but I did not buy anything was searching for a men's forest green dress shirt, no luck.

Chris is the best hat shaper!!! He's so awesome and we will never buy our hats anywhere else I absolutely love how sweet all the workers are and helpful. We never leave here without making a purchase! Absolutely love the environment and selection or hats, boots, and clothing

My place to go for quality boots. The service is excellent, they are friendly and always can find a friendly person to assist you. Boot barn has a huge selection to choose from. This is my place to go for my outfits, hats and footwear always!

ASK FOR CHRIS! Absolutely one of the best hat shapers and he's such a nice man. I appreciate the time he takes to help us when we come by. Also a huge thank you to all the awesome associates who make it all happen. But I always find a nice hat here and I won't get my boots anywhere else!

If there was a minus 0 rate I'd give you because I need to complain about an incident that happened to my elderly parents in your store located at Ingram Mall in San Antonio Tx.
On Saturday 3/23/2024, my parents who are seniors in their 70s left the house because they needed to buy some things at the mall and happened to run into your store, they have never been in your before and wanted to window shop then decide to buy if they could find something, then this woman whom they named as TIFFANY! kept following them asking if they needed any help, first of all if anyone goes to the store and need help that person will alert any staff that help is needed. In this case this rude woman asked my parents THREE TIMES! if they needed help but they were ok, then this issue of following a customer is very RUDE and made my parents uncomfortable and they left to explore other stores. If your store has a specific kind of customers that are supposed to visit, put a POSTER outside the store so that if someone does not fit your category they keep on marching forward. The worst thing is that your store called Wrangler store to report on my parents and when they got there they could not be allowed in the store I'm not sure what was reported and who reported because we'll get to the root of this matter. There is no way you can treat elderly like they were criminals ! It is not acceptable and your store needs to have an answer when we visit ya'll soon. Please if you cannot serve everyone at the mall take your business elsewhere where only your type of customers are welcome. You need to train your staff on customer service and how to handle customers better without harassing them. My parents were harassed embarrassed, humiliated and mistreated by your store!!!
