I don't recommend boost mobile to anyone. these guys scams customers. They lie just to get you into buying a new phone so they can get a commission. Zachary the Manager lied to me about my payments for a new phone. They are deducting $298.00 dollars a month for 2 phones and the service. As soon as my contract is over I will never go there again.

Be aware!! The current employee is a scam artist and liar! I wish I remembered his name. He made every offer sound as if it was an on the spot offer though none were really reasonable deals at all. He tried to cancel a 3rd party credit offer when I rejected his pricing, which I can still accept in spite of him. Then he refused to return my driver's lic and bank card so I could leave the store. I nearly panicked. I was a loyal customer with Boost for over 13 years until last week. Since Arabians have taken over Boost stores, in store service sucks!!!

My roommate recently stopped in because he was having a problem with his phone. The man told him there was a recall on it gave him a new phone but charged him $65 for activating it. He had gone to a different Boost store & found out there was no recall or should have been the charge for activating it. The man just lied and he continued to lie when he went back, sing oh it was only a recall at his store??? Really??I wouldn't shop here if they're going to take advantage of senior citizens like that or people they think they can take advantage of. I hope the owner reads this and takes action.
