I had a fantastic experience here last night with an extremely helpful employee named Reece. He had a lot of patience with us and gave me a wealth of information to quickly set up a new line for my teenage son. I was completely impressed with his professionalism and customer service. I highly recommend him!

My name is Luke and I was on a tight serious budget and I went to cricket and metro they both game me hard time. The store manger at Boost Mobile his name is Leonardo and he helped me get a phone on payments and all I paid was $24.90 for a IPhone 11 activated and anything. He also gave me a free case with it and free insurance and gave me $60 plan when I only paid for the $50.I will be coming back to him all the time now. There’s still good customer service people out there.

I just got my iphone 11 on an upgrade at this boost and the guy Leonardo was super helpful and nice. Leonardo is the best sales representative I have seen in boost.

Leonardo is the best guy at Boost mobile he helped me set up a payment plan only paid $30 on a iPhone and explained my mom and me a payment plan and its logistics.Going to get a second phone with him soon. I do really appreciate Leo’s customer service

Pretty sad when you can't get your account number from this company. My daughter called customer service & got nowhere. Then she went to one of your stores & customer service would not give it to her either. That is just totally messed up. I will be telling my friends & family members to never get service from you guys ever.
