The bill is cheap but i am receiving about 100 scam calls a day. It is like a scam in itself that Boost has sold my number to scammers to get me to pay for a scam blocker but i am not going to do this. Im sticking with Verizon, of which i still have. I have not received one scam call on Verizon. Ending my service here soon

Visited this store past saturday and the girl working sucked! She was not helpful at allll. She was sitting in area where phones are on display with her phone plugged in and had to give her a min to clean up area when we walked in lol!Anyway, we wanted to switch over from cricket... Posted ad has free stylo 4 when you switch carriers. Tell me why she starts asking questions?! Then tries to say if we havent had services with previous carrier over a month she didnt think they could switch us over. This is after we had to go to cricket store to retrieve our acct number because "she couldnt find it in system"..All we wanted was service and she took it upon herself to interrogate and ask un necessary questions!So we left to avoid her hassles and went to another location where we SWITCHED over with no questions asked. ??This chick is honestly wasting boost mobile time/money, because y'all lost a customer at your store because she was so extra!Still got my stylo4 though! ??New store should be more welcoming to new customers! Zero stars if I could, very unwelcoming feeling!

Female cashier gave us good service...My daughter bought an IPhone the most newest one, and the sale clerk was very nice and sweet. We carried on a short conversation, and was very patient and helpful with my 19 year old. My daughter was undecided, and this sales person made it possible for my daughter to make a final decision on her purchase. Thank you, Boost Mobile for good workers...

Went in a few days ago trying to get some information on their phone plans, and prices. I was met by an associate with a very unhelpful attitude. She was making it sound as negative as possible as to discourage me from asking any more questions. It was actually a bit scary. I was ready to purchase an Iphone with phone service but she made it sound as if it would be too expensive for me. I work as a nurse and was ready buy but she may have judged me by how tired I looked since I had just gotten off a night shift. I left there feeling very confused and disappointed.
