I had Boost mobile for many many years. I left for Mint and Boost Infinite. There service was horrible. Now I am going back to Boost mobile and getting a great price and great service in the process. I suggest everyone check them out.

Brittany is the best representative we in countered. She took care of us and made r day wonderful. She deserves a raise or to be a manager. . she treated us amazing. I wanna start off by saying in the past I haven’t had the best experiences at boost mobile. I do wanna note though that I have always appreciated their good deals with phones and affordable service. It’s been a long time since I used them for phone service. I came in today and looking back compared to today. I’m very satisfied with the service I received, I even got this cool welcoming letter. It may not seem like a big thing but I really appreciated that. The paper showed all my account info and when my next bill is due along with the reps info and store location. I can’t tell you how awesome it was just to have that. I’ve honestly never seen that from a carrier where they had like a welcoming letter and all. I also want to point out how awesome the rep was even when I was talking my head off because you know I can be a big social butterfly. But anyway, she helped me set up my account and everything, put my screen protector on. The rep Stephanie was very nice and just provided awesome service. Again it’s the little things that go a long way but she even put my receipt in my box and handed it to me with the welcoming paper. It was an overall pleasant experience and now my go to store given the experience.

I went to boost Mobile today the address is 825 Bandera road. Stephanie was awesome. She helped me and she was very informative she knew what she was doing and she is so nice. I recommend anybody to go to boost mobile. I've been on this phone service for a very long time. Stephanie should get a raise and she should get credit for her customer service I don't know what I would do if she wasn't there

Stephanie was a great help and very knowledgeable and took her time and isn’t trying to rush or push a sale. She gets to understand you. Very nice and sweet. Definitely a great employee.

I paid for a year plan, after 6 months I was being charged.. no notice, no text or email. I get out of work one-day and need my phone to sign out of work and get paid and phone is off. I can't call my children to see where they are, the sitter had them out and about. I don't even mind paying to avoid my phone being off! So frustrating. This just makes me want to switch companies! Oh and they charge you to talk to customer service, good luck

If you are in need of a phone, buy a burner. This company is not cheap enough to have lousy customer service. I don't know if it's illegal or not, but they make you run in circles to get your account number. And per a manager at one of these locations, you can't port your number to another carrier unless you've been with them for at least 6 months. TOTAL LIE. Don't let this company have your hard earned money.

I didn't visit but I know several seniors who frequent Boost mobile. They speak favorably about, trust, have monthly contracts. They say rates, prices, and services are competive. Excellent locations and selection.
