My phone stopped working and the lady told me 4G phones are no longer working and I need to upgrade. Strange, the people at Spectrum got it to work. Now I'm thinking of dropping Boost and going with Spectrum. She also gave me a false account number.

Bad service sells me a used phone doesn’t work. Over. Charged me 400 for a phone that is selling for 200 everywhere else and sells me aUsed iphone that doesn’t have a apple battery inside found out at apple store that it was used and it’s locked
