While, I did receive some solid financial advice from Jimmy. They didn't take ownership of their mistake regarding my refund and I don't feel they had my best interests at heart overall. When I realized their mistake, the front office told me I should have caught it before signing. This was during Covid-19 and a plexiglass was not put up so I decided since I couldn't switch my glasses to the reading glasses without removing my face shield, to trust what we discussed and decided I would look over the documents more thoroughly once I was home and able to do so safely. The front office seemed to agree with me at that time. I called the office once I noticed the mistake and they had no empathy, refused to take ownership of their error and told me it was my fault for not catching it when I picked up my documents. My refund method is now incorrect with the IRS due to their error and refusal to fix it. I will not use this company in the future. While, I do understand we are human, I also strongly believe in taking ownership of mistakes and correcting them for your client.

We love Emily she has been doing our taxes for 3 years now. We just opened a business and I called and left a message for her to return my call and she did. Unlike most people who never call back and you have to call and call. Emily is trustworthy and she is making time for us to go over what we need to do for our business so we don't scramble at the last minute. We love Emily and would recommend her to anyone.
